Food is generally good here but the service is very much lacking. The Hispanic lady who’s usually there is not very pleasant and typically has an attitude with customers. Also, do NOT order for delivery here. They will have your order wrong every time.

I came here seeing a couple people waiting to order. None of the staff seem to care. They kept talking and laughing and doing other things, nobody ever care to take any order from the people waiting in the line. I waited a couple minutes before giving up.

I traveled all the way here from the Westside to try the new orange cream sickle frosty. It came out really white and the girl did it twice because even she realized something was wrong. Her manager said it was lite. Lite? Lite ain't right! It was vanilla looking and tasting with a very acidic aftertaste.It had NO orange flavor at all. You knew there was something wrong with it and yet you decided to serve it anyway.What's wrong with you guys? Are you trying to kid me?? I wasted my time and my money.If you know it ain't right, don't serve it! You are kidding nobody but yourself.

Worst order of food I've ever had at a Wendy's! Ordered thru doordash, had no issues with the driver but the order kept getting later and later. They're only 1.5 miles away! Ordered no pickles or onions as I'm allergic, burger came with both! Had to throw it away! Also ordered sweet & sour sauce for the nuggets, no sauce! All of the food was so cold that it seemed like it was cooked yesterday. Will never order from this Wendy's ever again!

Terrible experience! First, there was not enough for the wrap but I saw the ingredient necessary in the back. Cool. I asked for an Asiago ranch club sandwich (non-spicy) received the spicy. Just terrible never again.

this wendy's is a great place to enjoy mealsI always come here after school every Tuesday around 12 the food was great for me to eat. this hispanic manger was also a great person this dude knows what he's doing.although I really wish that this store wasn't over-price the next town over where I lived the Wendy's at my town was affordable for me spend 13 for 6 items; here I almost spend 20 dollar on this Jersey city store this company should really lower the prices

Close it down and take a break. The Dominican lady manager is not suitable for this location, her nasty attitude drives many customers away. 1/10 service - 4/10 food - and they constantly get orders wrong.overall 1/2 ⭐. Do not recommend.

Horrible wait time, they are very unorganized and don't pay attention, if I didn't speak up I would have been waiting a long time for my order. I watched the workers they focus more on the uber orders, than the in person orders. They need to hire more workers to expedite the function of their business. This location sucks.
