Went through the drive thru for a few burgers and fish sandwiches. The food was hot and tasty. My only complaint is having to go back for the tartar sauce that was requested when I ordered.12/16/23Drive thru-Food was hot and fresh: 2 Surf and Turf's w/ cheese, and mac & cheese nibblersStaff were professional and polite.Wait time: a lil longer than usual.

Came within 1 minute of getting towed. First night in town and we decide to check out White Castle. Signs in the parking lot say parking for White Castle customers only. After eating we thought to spend less than 5 minutes walking around the immediate intersection as this is Little India (to take some quick photos, etc). We were within throwing distance of the restaurant the whole time. Upon walking back to our car we noticed that it was already hooked up to a tow truck and the guy was starting to draw and it up.He basically tried to tell me that it was a tow away zone but I argued that I was a customer. He demanded to see my receipt which I quickly produced from my pocket (thank God I had held onto it).For all this to happen this fast I’m convinced they must have “spotters” that keep an eye on anyone perceived to be walking away and call their towing buddy for a kickback as if we were trying to take “advantage” of the restaurant in any way (we were the only car parked in the lot). I feel like they also prey on out-of-towners who might not know how to stand up for themselves.I say screw this location because they’re clearly ok with this unwelcoming practice! We will never be back.Parking: Park here at your own risk. Predatory tow trucks operating in the area that will tow you if you look away from your car for mere seconds.

Sliders are always good. 3/4 of the workers move at zombie speed. The place was pretty empty and still took 14 minutes from order print to receiving a crave case.There's also always a bompy harassing you for change WHILE you're trying to order.

I went to White Castle to get coffee & when I came out, my car was gone. I went inside & showed the receipt to the manager & she said tow is done by a different company & we don’t know. I had to pay $300 to get the car & wasted 2 hour as they towed car 30 mins away. DO NOT go to White Castle & park the car, they’ll tow it even if you are a customer & have a valid receipt.
I had food poisoning from eating here for 10 days after my meal.Was it brutal? Yes.Would I eat here again? Also yes.White Castle is my new weight-loss plan, and I love it. There's something about the bullet-proof glass, frosty service and truly questionable food hygiene that keeps me coming back for more delicious sliders. How can it be so good and so wrong?
