It's personally not the best in terms of employees, and when I worked at the other Dunkin nearby we had a ton of customers come in asking if we could redo there orders. The few times I've gotten food from there it was fine though and my order came out as it was meant to. Overall it might not be the best Dunkin' Donuts you go to, but it's not the worst.
I know we are struggling through the Covid-19 pandemic but I wouldn't have known about any problems outside when dealing with the associates inside this particular Dunkin Donuts.Efficient, Friendly, and Welcoming. The store was clean, and well kept. Seem like it was managed nicely too. I must say there is one employee in particular who was more than helpful.
