Both the food and drink menu were carefully crafted with a great combination of flavors and options for everyone. The French onion soup was served hot and creamy, the churro waffle croissant was so light and well balanced. The pear mimosa was our favorite out of the mimosa flight. Overall very comfortable atmosphere with a lot of natural light. Service was excellent! Bonus points for being right by the water.

The bartender was amazing — as in the drinks are phenomenal. She paid such attention to detail that each specialty drink we had was perfection! And, my bartender boyfriend was beyond impressed!The food was also very well made. Savory, detailed, and we enjoyed every bite. We love Half Moon! Their food is always fantastic.- I love both their brunch and their dinner (their benedict is the best ive ever had) Get the lobster mac!-They have really creative and delicious drinks. They tend to feature localish liquor which is really awesome. I always find a new drink to try when we visit and they never disappoint.The service is fantastic. Sweet servers, and they really seem to give a welcoming vibe.The summer lot is awesome too, its fun to get some sun while eating a yummy burger.I really love Half Moon and I really hope they continue to flourish because they are an important piece of the shore!

First of all, the view from this place is stunning. In the spring and Summer I bet it's something very special. It's right across the street from the beach, and has a view of downtown Manhattan. As for the food. The burger I had was great, and my wife LOVED her Crab Cake Sandwich. Specialty cocktails were great, and the "mocktails" for the under 21 crowd were a hit with both my kids. Worth a visit. And I can't wait to go back again.

First, the service was really good, staff very friendly and attentive. However the 3 stars are for the mediocre food and horrible mac n cheese. I’ve never eaten a watery non cheesy mac n cheese before so this was a first experience. It’s a decent enough place but meh, I’d go back for a drink at the bar, but wouldn’t go back for food. It’s actually in a really neat spot with easy access to the ‘boardwalk’ and ‘beach’, pity about the food experience.

Great local casual place . We have been here for Brunch , Happy Hour and Dinner . Always a great experience from the atmosphere and a very friendly wait staff . My husband loves the short ribs and the sprout salad is delicious.

I’m sure it will get a lot busier when the weather turns warmer but during the colder seasons, don’t forget to give this a visit.
