Came for lunch around 12:30 and ordered a protien bowl which consisted of : Double chicken, lettuce/spinach, tomato salsa and guac.Stomach was in severe pain around 6 at night. From that point on i had severe cramps, chills, shaking and projectile vomiting and severe diarrhea for the next 12-18 hours. This was the only thing i had eaten that day. Will never go to chipotle agian. Was the worst sickness ive ever had in my life. Already reported this business and hope this gets rectified so others will not have the same experience as me. It is now 4 days later and my stomach and body still ache. Read this review and save yourself.

This is the worst chipotle that I’ve been to. Employees will sit around and watch one guy fulfill at least 20 orders. The one guy that was doing the orders was really nice about it. Still, the rest of the employees suck!

foods good, just disappointed on the service. i ordered for delivery excited to eat chipotle again after a while but didnt fully receive the ingredients i wanted. whatever states on the sticker should be put in a bowl, but i waited about an hour to receive something i didnt even enjoy due to the lack of attention.
2 times charged for guac and never got it. They never have chips overnight “only for online orders not for costumers” and when asked to add salad dressing to burrito they will basically curse you out even die every other location does it in a lovely way. Drink station dirty no spoons or napkins. Bathroom disgusting. No hot salsa. What happened to management at this location?

The complaint I have is the rice wasn’t cooked at all. Please make sure to have your rice cook throughly. It was very disappointed and a waste of money on a chicken bowl.

Ordered 2 burritos and a quesadilla. They got 1 out of 3 correct. Quesadilla didn’t include the sides ordered, and 1 burrito had items not requested. I usually go to the Clifton location because this has happened before at the Kearny location. Gave it 1 last try, and nothing was different.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes without anyone mentioning their system is down they said they’re only taking cash. I was annoyed that nobody mentioned it sooner but I went and got cash, came back and they say they can only take your order through the mobile app which wasn’t mentioned before I got cash. I understand that machines fail all the time but the way this was handled was disgusting. Terrible customer service, just a joke.
