Bad service, the food is super ugly, I don't know how they can bring in staff who don't know how to serve people, there is more foam in the glasses than coffee. I would never eat again in a place as unpleasant as this place and I recommend that the company see the type of people who hire since with the treatment one has in this place you would not want to eat again

Great for on the go, on the move, or on travel. Personally I enjoy the breakfast sandwiches - they're easy, convenient, and enjoyable to eat. The one below in the picture is a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame bun. Haven't had one of these in years, reminded me of how delicious they were.

Store is filthy like the attitude I got from the muslim lady that works here. I ordered window pick up and had nobody come to the window to help my friend that went to pick up my order for me. So he went inside to get it and told the lady he’s picking up an order for me and she told him wait and proceeded to take other peoples orders that came in AFTER him when my order was placed 10 minutes prior. I had to go inside myself to get my order because she literally disregarded the fact that he was there waiting. HORRIBLE SERVICE! If i can give zero stars I would!!!!

This place is terrible… I’m 7 months pregnant and I sent my boyfriend to grab me breakfast. I like things extra toasted.. it’s a craving I have. And whenever I ask for them to cook the egg longer, they look at me or my boyfriend like we are crazy and that it’s impossible for them to do it. It’s not impossible ! Don’t need to be rude ! They spit in your food and gas light you! It’s unacceptable! They also knocked my boyfriends phone out of his hand!!! For what reason?!

I have been coming to this Duncan Donut for many years . Recently customers service is very poor. My order is always messed up and the the gentleman there is very rude and he has multiple arguments with the customers .

Oh… my.. god… I’ve had the worst experience of my life.. I always get the bacon egg and cheese crossiant here… but today they forgot the bacon.. okay… that’s fine.. it happens.. but I was just outside the store, so I came inside and showed it to the guy up front whom I assume is the manager.. I showed him front and back of the sandwich, which HAD no bacon.. I do not like gaslighting. It is unkind and unjust… he or whoever, dropped a tiny piece of bacon to the side and tried coming back to show me. I was not born yesterday.. I lifted that crossiant up before he handed me back the “crossiant with the bacon” and the one I showed him, HAD.. no bacon.. it’s okay to just make a brand new one.. but DO NOT gaslight the customer.. it’s unprofessional and VERY rude… your staff should be shamed.. that type of gaslighting can really mess with a person and ruin their entire day. Watch your behavior…
