Being 2:00 in the afternoon that is peak time where people come to buy a lot! It is impossible to have 6 boxes disabled for customer collection! And two lines that go from end to end of people and with everyone with cars full of merchandise! You should pay attention to this!!!! The more sales, the more profits!!!! I had to buy a lot of things for my house and I had to leave!!! Too many people in line and 6 checkouts disabled nooooooooooo.

I switched over to BJs in the beginning of January and I chose this location. They have long lines but the expresspay limited you to only 20 Items or less. Like these lines were outrageous wrapping around the stores. More staff needed to ring out paying customers.

I always go to this BJ’s and never had a problem. But today I had a problem with an employee with blue hair, overweight lady. She would see me struggle and just laugh without trying to help. She’s just standing there the whole time without even doing anything.They need to hire employees that want to work. Not people that are going to be clowns and not help customers. I’ve never encountered such a rude and arrogant employee.

Horrible service.. wife stood stood in the tv section for 30min while I looked for a flat bed.. none available asked staff.. was told they was outside, which they wasn't. I told them that and all staff walked away telling us they couldn't help us.. 86 in tv was 1500 and pc desk was 100..bj missed out on a purchase

I order online for curve side pickup. There is no parking at the curve side pick up. Customers park their car, and no one inside their vehicle. BJ should be more strike with their curve side pickup policy. I was driving around the parking lot (20min)to see if anyone left.

There were no cars in the store and I asked the guy who takes care of the carts and the person by the door where can I get one because there was none around. They simply ignored me. Next day I get a cart and wanted to return it and see the guy who pushes the carts and asked him if he can take mine inside, he just simply looked at me and continued walking. Very bad service at BJs!

Today I went to BJ's to get my free turkey. There was only three out. I had to wait about 40 minutes for turkeys to come out, and the employee that was bringing them out was very rude to me and my sister and another customer. He ranted and raved that they (BJs) were shorthanded and we had to understand. I want to say that It is not our fault that your store is understaffed and when you have free turkey offerings out, you should have turkeys out to put to or obtain without being talked to disrespectively.

BJ’s Kearny store manager is horrible. One of the worst I have seen. Very ignorant of BJ’s policy. She needs more training.
