Do not order from this location. I have had multiple incidents of the order being messed up (3 incidents). Every time I ask for a manager they always said there is no manager available (to say the least). The staff are very immature and unprofessional and the staff does use profanity. They purposely messed up my last order out of retaliation. Do not order from them. There are definitely other locations that are better!

Very ghetto and the grill is so dirty that you are able to taste all kinds of meat cook on it. My chicken taste like beef and taste very old and not flesh meat. I will never eat there again. Jersey Mike's owner please clean house and hired employees that cares. Thank you, because the ones you have at this location are very rude and not clean.

Everything was going great until I observed the young lady handling multiple sandwiches, the register and money with the same pair of GLOVES. I asked her to change gloves before handling my sandwich. She was very cooperative.This was very disturbing. Otherwise, the sandwich was amazing. I will come again.....Hopefully, management will remind the staff regarding this.

There this saying that something could be good but if there one thing that could ruin it all, the lady that made my sandwich was very disrespectful I said 13 but then I change my mind and said I’ll get the 10 just bc I just realized that it’s almost time for them to close so they could get there closing lady gave me attitude and then said whatever like she doesn’t even works, and I asked if there any rosemary bread and she no which was a lie there where mini, I put no tip mainly because I was there wait for good 15 min even tho there was only 2 other customers and after I press no tip the lady look and sounded like she got upset got aggressive ??♂️ ur not going to get tip all the times, there a kid running that worked there that was doing nothing, and Iin my opinion I use to work at a jersey Mike when I was in HS and we were never like this but I guess different locations and different managers

workers were on facetime, airpod fell out onto cutting board with sandwiches on, sneezed near the food, throwing out peoples sandwiches, very dirty in there, very unprofessional. was given a dirty look when i didn’t want toppings and only oil and vinegar. didn’t listen to the toppings i wanted. as someone who has worked over a year at a jersey mikes, it’s very disappointing and surprising that this type of behavior is allowed.

Honestly.. should've looked at the reviews and not come here but my niece wanted a sub. Staff didn't acknowledge me when I arrived and were busy on their phones while I was there waiting. Came here once when they first opened but think this will be the last time I consider ever buying anything from here. Please don't give me the automated answer of "our staff really cares about good customer service" or that "the customers experience is what matters most to us" because judging by other peoples experiences.. this place just doesn't care despite how much they say they do. Wouldn't be surprised to see it gone in the next couple of years if this keeps up.

I ordered online uber eats and when I placed the order I seen 2 of the 1 sandwiches was a wrap.. I didn't want a wrap so I called the store to try and tell them what happened and guess what no answer just rang off the hook no one picked up the phone at all very disappointed the food came and of course I was hungry I eat the wrap and it was nasty like no ham or anything on it..I felt like I just eat a wrap with lettuce and tomatoes. Iam very upset that not one dam person picked up the phone all I wanted to do it make a change in the bread..very upset. I will not order again from here poor customer service..answer the phone

Don’t eat here !!! THERE ARE RATS. As a worker was preparing my sandwich, a rat jumped over my sandwich. I told the worker there was a rat and she denied and acted oblivious like there wasn’t anything. And I said I didn’t want the sandwich and she got mad that I didn’t want the sandwich. Like what ??? And right after that, the rat popped out again next to her preparing the sandwich and even she jumped a little when she saw it. THATS DISGUSTING!!! How are you going to get mad AT ME FOR NOT WANTING A SANDWICH THAT JUST HAD A RAT TOUCH IT??? Don’t eat here please
