I was disappointed in my experience here because I had such high expectations for this restaurant. My family and I waited for 45 mins+ for our food (it wasn't fully packed either) and I ordered something very basic which was lobster causa. When I got the plate the shrimps inside the causa were room temperature, since it's "raw" it has to be semi-cold at least. The Lomo saltado didn't have much flavor or juices it was missing onions it had mostly tomatoes. I'm giving this review a 2 star because the California rolls were ok I give it a 6 out of 10. Besides that, the decor was nice, Japanese style, it was different. We went on a Saturday afternoon FYI maybe it was just our luck, who knows?

All and all the sushi is pretty good but after my 4th time ordering from them I have noticed some things that I believe they need to address.#1 the Menu prices are different than what you actually pay at the register.#2 and in my opinion the biggest red flag is the fact that even if you order for pick up and pay cash they still charge you the credit fees AND they force a 15% tip on the bill but they don't tell you about it.I even asked if they changed the prices or something because I saw the added $5 tip on the screen and I didn't want to come off rude in any way, in fact I would have left it as is if they would at least acknowledge it and or told me about it but instead I was told that the prices were the same and all I was being charged were "Taxes".(I did not asked for the tip to be removed, I left it alone and simply paid. Mostly because I didn't want to argue)My order total was supposed to be $32.xx instead I was charged $40.45.(I was not given a detail receipt either)I am a small business owner myself and I would never do this to one of my customers, 1 customer alone worth way more than $5 and I believe that if they continue these business practices they will end up losing many more customers.I'm likely to come back mostly because my wife loves sushi smh and I simply hope that they get better with time.I understand times are hard for small businesses but we can at least strive for honesty when it comes to these things.

I was eagerly waiting for this place to open and was looking forward to trying their food. Service was very disappointing. I went during lunch time on a weekday and there were barely any customers there and just one server who took a very long time to attend to me. I was not greeted or given a menu when I entered either. The chairs and tables looked old, which is surprising considering they recently opened. The food itself was okay, I tried the sushi burrito which could have used more protein and seasoning. Also the prices on the register are slightly more than what is on the menu for some reason. Again strange considering they just opened.

Delicious food. I was so excited when I saw they opened and wasn’t disappointed. Their Peruvian dishes have that genuine Japanese flavor profile. And all the seafoods dishes are great. Service was great and the place has a fun atmosphere. Family friendly.

Order to pick up. It took them half an hour to confirm my order to start preparing. When I went to pick it up the employees were drinking and said it was already closed. When I asked for my order they had no idea about my order. I heard them asking about the order and when he returned he said that "they had problems with the internet." Awful!!!
