Sat me and my family down and made us wait 45 min-1hr until another family came then catered to them as they were gold. And waited for them to figure out what they wanted. I had to leave because i wasnt going to eat for another 30-45 min.(Other customers were uncertain about what they wanted and we already picked our order as we got there) Terrible experience! and i Usually tip them better then the average customer. Place wasnt even busy.

SCREW this place , do yourself a favor and stay away from this place unless you want to wait over an hour for 2 sushi rolls and leave hangry. Rude waiters unapologetic , it took them over an hour to bring out 2 sushi rolls I got. When I finally got the signature rolls they were missing the sauces and super bland. Another family next to me only got soup and after waiting more than an hour they left angry and canceled their remaining dinner order. Spoke to the manager and he was very unempathetic his response was “everyone waits”.

Great restaurant. The food was excellent and the cook was a lot of fun. Service was very attentive. I must say the Hostess who greets you at the door is not as nice as the other staff. That is to bad because she is the first person you meet. She is not that welcoming. But once you get in there the experience is great.

I order from this place often and it hit or miss. We ordered here last night. I got the hibachi chicken and steak. Apparently they didn't have enough chicken to finish our order so the chef chopped my chicken into tiny bits to make it look like a full amount ofchicken.was chopped down to the size of little dog treats. I think I'm gonna stay away from this place. That's shady. If you don't have enough chicken for my order just recommend something else

We are avid Kumo guests! We love their food.My brother was out of town. We were excited to meet for family dinner here. Mind you we got here around 715pm, it took us about an hour (if not more) to get our dinner.There’s a band Saturday night.. it would’ve been enjoyable but I literally felt like our ear drums were gonna rupture with how LOUD the music was.We let our server know and she did ask the guy controlling the sound system and he didnt care.We wanted to spend time as a family actually talking to each other but instead we had to scream the WHOLE entire time when we were sitting next to each other.How about Kumo you figure out how to separate the region where people want to have dinner in peace vs the people there for the band…

Girl who works the front on Sundays during 6pm shift needs to be retrained on her job and clearly only learned to use manners with her fellow people but ignore and treat customers of different cultures like they don't exist. I ordered a door dash pick up. Now no one was in the front(not a problem it's normal on Sunday afternoons for you this not my first time) but when someone finally came she decided to come up an have a whole conversation with the delivery driver who walks in after me, ring him up, then walk away to do something else while not acknowledging me at all. I just grabbed the bag & checked to see if it was mines THAT'S when she decides to walk over and see if it was mines. I Could of been anybody taking the food and she completely ignored me. No hello no questions nothing. Keep her up front though she's good for helping you lose customers

I called to order and asked how long it will take to delivery it 30 to 40 minutes delivery or 10 to 15 minutes pick up I said pick up , I went there 20 minutes after and order wasn’t ready I paid and waited and nothing I asked what happened they said it will be ready in 5 minutes so after I waited for 30 minutes and the order didn’t come out I decided to cancel the order I didn’t know it will take them so long to do the order . I never heard a sorry for the delay or something so is not fare .
