Chain bagel place, but deff seems like a local favorite! Tons of bagel options and very unique cream cheese flavors, as well as other menu options (I.e croissants, flagels, sandwiches etc)I got a garlic bagel with raspberry cream cheese and cinnamon raisin bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Both were stuffed very well, bagels toasted nicely and flavors were super yummy!! Service was quick and staff is very efficient. I could tell this place is a local favorite the second I stepped in.Will be back for sure!!

Bagel was mediocre at best but $9 for a bacon egg and cheese is absolutely ridiculous, most expensive bagel I’ve ever had in nj and you barley get any egg or bacon and the bagel is SMALLLLLL!

Bagels are ok but a major improvement would be if they proofed the bagels longer so the inside of the bagel is more airy. Also the one worker who cooked my eggs and cheese sandwich someone should show her how to cook eggs. She kept searing and turning the eggs like it was a hamburger. Waaaaaaaay tooooo much.

Bagels are great and most of the people are very nice however there's one young lady there who always has an attitude is not very nice. I am always nice..say good morning and thank you and she just gives this look of i dont want to be here and says nothing back. Not sure why they allow her to be like that to customers. There are plenty of bagel places in the area. Its rude so I will not be going back to this location.
The people who answer the phone should take a basic customer service course and also turn down the attitudes. You can’t understand or hear them on the phone, to much background noises and yelling. very frustrating experience.After reading the reviews seems to be a common experience. With so many breakfast options in the area, you would think they would try to do better… Good bagels though, which is the only reason for 3 stars.

Great bagels! Definitely recommend ordering ahead of time on the weekends & a Monday holiday (there usually open) but one whoa I have is that even tho you order for p/u you still have to wait on line, there is no pick up area. Upside at least it’s ready once you get to the front of the line.

Best bagels around!I get an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese.My partner gets an everything flagel (flat bagel) with raspberry cream cheese (unique and delicious!)I haven't tried the nova lox because I'm cheap and it's pricey for the nova and plain cheese -- and then you have to add tomatoes, onions, capers separately.Not super chill IMO!
