I’ve been going here for 5 years now off and on but this time will be the final time. I told the owner it was burnt his response was never I’m sorry just there’s nothing like a well done margarita slice. I was in the restaurant business for 20 years myself as an owner and I know things happen but there are ways to make things right and it’s not making a joke about a mistake. Then he tells me to throw them out if I don’t eat them. Puts 2 different slices of pizza in a box to replace those and purposely put them into the oven for like 15 seconds as if he was mocking me complaining about the burnt pizza. Sorry buddy but your customer service needs work. You lost a good customer.

I asked for 5 wings no flats. The girl said no we can’t do that and then I spoke to the boss and he said yes. Well when I got my wings, 2 drumsticks and 3 flats. How ridiculous!! I just came home from surgery and asked the boss and he said yes, but lied. I will never order a wings again. Don’t play with my intelligence! Very upset and disappointed. To lie to someone is unacceptable!!!IN RESPONSE TO YOUR WEAK RESPONSE……I asked you or the boss if I can have 5 wings no flats. You agreed and said yes. Then I got my wings and you didn't stand by your word!Welcome to the food world!!People have requests! I also suggested I pay more for my life altering request!I'm not picky, I asked you said yes you could've said no and there would've been no review regarding any of this.
