My time there was great. Servers were nice, customers wished me a happy new year, and service was very fast. I had the bagel twist with cream cheese and a raspberry dragon fruit green tea refresher. Took like less than a minute for food to be prepared. Food was very good, and would recommend.

The best Dunkin. I've seen the other reviews here and they were pertaining to the other Dunkin that had Baskin-Robbins a few blocks away. If they give less than 4 stars it's most likely the other one.Great service, fast, and accurate.

Thee best DD I have ever been to. The girls are always pleasant....not to mention prompt with your order to get you in and out. My sister said the freshest doughnut she has ever had came from here. They know my daughter's order by hard when I sometimes forget it lol. A true gem to Kenilworth

Great Dunkin Donuts, clean. Large variety of Donuts and Bagels and other food. Hot n cold drinks a plenty. Depending on what you want.Management and employees are great. They are polite and professional and eager for you to enjoy whatever you had ordered.Everything comes out hot if hot and cold just the way suppose to be and you want it. Perfect place to go, recommend highly to everyone.

This place is a great Dunkin. All the coffee is fresh and the employees take the extra time and care to remember most of the regulars orders and names. This is a one of a kind Dunkin and you won’t find service and quality like this at any other Dunkin.To answer a few complaints I’ve seen, since the employees explained politely to me, they run out of donuts quick because they close early and there’s a certain amount they can order. The people I’ve seen mad about it are the ones who feel like they’re entitled to everything.One other one says that the customer service is bad. The only time I’ve seen any of the employees being ‘rude’ was because of a customer not listening or hitting them with negative energy and comments. They return the same energy they are given and that’s completely understandable.It’s a really good Dunkin and I hope everyone enjoys it.
