Honestly worst bagel shop in the area , you’re better off going to bagels and beans down the road in Union . Bagels are mediocre at best and all the spreads are either old , have been out on the counter too long or just plain gross . Also the employees don’t know proper customer service and are always making up different prices. Pls save your money and go elsewhere.

The bagels are all right. They are nothing to write home about. They say they’re in expensive, but it cost 4.50 for an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. And it’s not even one of the best bagels around that area.

First time ordering and will never go back! Placed an online order for 3 omelette platters and 3 bagels 30 min before pickup (that was the only option for pickup time). Arrived at the store only to find out they hadn't even looked at my order! The receipt was sitting on the counter untouched. The woman behind the register said sometimes the phones ring and they can't get to the online orders. Really?? Then she asked me to repeat my entire order to her, even though she had the detailed receipt right in front of her. C'mon! Stop wasting my time! Had I not already paid for my order online, I would have just left. Took them about 15 min to cook the omelettes, which weren't seasoned at all (neither were the home fries), and my jalapeño bagel was basically a plain bagel that was dyed green. Bad customer service, mediocre food. Never again!
