We had never tried Papa John’s pizza before so this is our first time ever and I gotta say… This is it! Delicious and Fresh! The location is also great because it’s right off the parkway exit 138. Couldn’t have asked for a better after work Friday Pizza meal.Kid-friendliness: Yes!

We were in the area and stopped by the store to get a couple carry out pizzas. Surprisingly we met the most friendly owner ever. The pizza is delicious too!! Definitely recommend this particular franchise. ❤️

We ordered small pizza and they gave us large and charged for that. The pizza base was extremely thick, underbaked, and the cheese had foul smell. The spicy garlic dip was disgusting. They gave us in a separate cup (Not the original sealed dipping cup). The jalapeno poppers didnt have cheese in it.

Order was ontime (actually earlier than forecasted) and accurate. We got stuffed crust pizza, but the dough for the crust was too much and the pizza part was too little. Slice did not hold its own, even with a New York fold (if you have to ask, you don't know how to eat a slice). Staff very friendly. This location in Kenilworth is more convenient for us (and safer) but the store itself is a bit of a challenge to find in the mini-mall it's in.Parking: Have to enter lot from backside of mall, no signage on that side. Go around towards cemetery side (really). Too hard to make a left onto Boulevard from there.

Rude and dismissive staff. Placed an order online that apparently was never received. Rather than offer to take my order at the register, the man behind the counter just said “No, we don’t have it” and turned his back on me to go back to the kitchen. Better off taking your business to one of the local pizzerias.
