Passed this place a thousand times without ever noticing it, but read some positive reviews and decided to stop in for breakfast. I ordered the typical Colombian breakfast which consisted of scrambled eggs made with diced tomatoes and scallions, chorizo, and the Columbian version of a tortilla with melted Mexican style cheese. All absolutely delicious. The coffee was great too. Columbian coffee with frothed milk, so good. I ate at the counter and conversed with the proprietors and they were so nice. Will definitely return.

Great little restaurant in the heart of Kenilworth right on The Boulevard attended by a lovely Colombian couple. Almost everything is made on the spot here. You can enjoy a Colombian breakfast, "huevos pericos,"at any time, also delicious empanadas, and so much more definitely worth the visit.

You will not find a burger this good for so cheap! Great service and homey environment inside as well. Support local business and the great couple that runs it instead of paying double the price elsewhere for average food

Steak and chicken Patacone Sandwiches were world class!!! A great little Colombian family run casual restaurant. I have come here a few times for breakfast, I normally order some warm Buñuelos, which are my favorite, these are Colombian fried dough balls, similar to a hush puppy but with a unique light taste. The empenadas are good, ham and cheese was my favorite so far. Yesterday I came for a late lunch, after discussing every item on the menu I decided to get a steak and chicken Patacone sandwich. For those who don't know Patacones are made from a ripe cooking banana (platano), they are flattened into a large disk before frying. Now I have had Patacones several time in Colombia, but I never thought about making a sandwich. These sandwiches were delicious, turely one of the world class! The chicken was my favorite filled with juicy grilled chicken topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, it was so good! Of course, you can get the sandwich on a normal roll as well, but for a special dish, you can't beat the Patacone sandwich. Note: Good food takes time, call your order in advance if you are in a hurry. But it's worth the wait.
