The Lab Truck was hired for our family cookout over the July 4th weekend. I am so glad we did they did not disappoint us. They arrived early for set up and the excitement and anticipation from my family was met with professionalism and great food exceeding our expectations. They were accommodating to everyone young and old. We took a risk trying something different and I’m glad we did. We didn’t have long hours on the grill and could enjoy the day with family. We had other dishes only by choice because like most families we always have more food than we need. I highly recommend and will use them again. It was enjoyed by all. Thank you G and Ashley.!!

We booked the Lab Food Truck for our baby shower and I have to say our experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We reached out very last minute and G responded with a "yes we can do it" without hesitation. Within the next week and half we worked out the details and they were very flexible with our schedule. They arrived 30 mins early to set up and right on time our guest began to order. We had roughly 45 guests at the baby shower and I kid you not I heard compliments about the food from at least 25 of them within the first 15 mins. The portions were huge and the food was amazing! I personally had the Short Rib tacos and The Dr. as my meal and I have to say for a southern boy that has had plenty of BBQ, that possibly could have been the best bbq sandwich I have ever had. My wife had the Bahn Mi and she was very impressed, even when she warmed up the rest later on that night. They also had a vegan option on the menu so they cater to all. I could go on about the food, only good reviews from all guests but I have to say the service and hospitality was even better. If you are having ANY event this food truck is the way to go! I will also add we had 3 trucks in mind for the event and they were the least expensive and had the bigger menu. I promise you won't regret it.

Ran into this place just from searching for a quick bite and loved it. I had the pulled pork burger, absolutely delicious. The woman that served us was nice as well. Only thing I could complain about is a man was cursing her or for no reason.. kinda killed the vibe.

Ordered dinner from here. Ranch Burger, Lab Burger, chicken J*** Tacos, and Mango Rice. The burgers came with hand cut fries. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The meats were quality with a generous serving size. The price was reasonable. We should have asked for the fries to be well done. We will definitely be return customers.

I had The Lab's "Doctor" sandwich (pulled pork with slaw and pickles) a while back at a Yelp event and remembered really loving it, so I decided to go back tonight and get one. I love that the pulled pork is braised in Dr. Pepper! It was pretty tasty for the most part, but there was some sort of seasoning on the slaw that I didn't care for at all, it kind of ruined the sandwich for me. I enjoyed the fries that come with the sandwich, they had good seasoning. I would have preferred that the fries come in a separate package though cause they got soggy from being in contact with the sandwich. My boyfriend loved his ribs, he said they were some of the best he's ever had and he's not even Drake. 3 stars instead of 4 because of the slaw, and also this review is written during Covid times and the employee that rang me up was not wearing a mask :/ I may or may not return, I would recommend checking it out though if you're in the area.

I had the Jackfruit Melt sandwich and the Mac and Cheese with J*** Chicken. Wow! Delicious! The sandwich hit the spot and the Mac and cheese was phenomenal. There's this little authentic Jamaican spot that I get j*** chicken from, and I've never - ever - been able to find j*** chicken as good as that place. I couldn't believe how authentic The Lab's j*** chicken was!! It was just as good if not better than my favorite Caribbean spot. The portion was generous too. Compliments to the chef!
Cool vibe and yummy food. We had the ramen and cauliflower. It was so great. Staff was nice. The mural is cool. I would honestly come just for the mural.

Imma give em 5 stars...why? Cause the s*** was good, it was good as hell actually! The brisket egg rolls or whatever the f*** was in it, was fan-fuckin-tastic. And OH..that sauce!!! The secret, special sauce!!! Sheiiiiiiiiiiiiit! You could put that sauce on a pile of old fuckin tires, and enjoy it, till u get to the rubber. It's crazy too cause the sauce seems simple..but whatever they "LABbed" to make what it is...workI had the fish taco with the mango sauce, not a complaint..not a GOTdamn complaint. Actually, only complaint is....., i wanted to try more s**** but my stomach said "hey, hey, thought u was watching them carbs Mickey fickey!!" so i said ok...ok. Keep up the good work! AND imma stop by the food truck that jus so happens to be in my town...the nex goddamn day!! What ...are...the ...odds?? Can't make this s*** up.

The restaurant used to be a food truck now turned into a sit in restaurant along with take out and catering. Really good prices and huge portions. Quality food with fresh ingredients, made quickly for you as you wait. Ribs are fall of the bone, mango fried rice is a huge portion and nice and tender. Pork and beans will fill you in a second, but the best I've ever had a restaurant. Will definitely return for more, and possibly for catering as well.

The sriracha wings are really hitting the spot right now. The chicken is crispy and loads of sweet spicky sriracha sause to dip it in at tge bottom the container. Also this was a large portion for an appetizer. I had a pulled pork sandwich with mack and cheese, very tasty and very filling. Listen this place is tge quintessential hole in the wall hidden gem The ambiance is like high school schoolroom cafeterias, but the food is gourmet, asian fused with southern barbecue.

We dined on site. The outside peaks your interest, but doesn't draw you in. I am 59 and may not be the target demographic.. Once inside we found the decor is interesting.(again not the target?) The food was slow but the wait was worth it. Everything we had was amazing. I tasted everyone's food. There were 3 of us and we all said we need to come every week. Next time you drive by, give it a try.
