Unbelievable. I've never known a drive-through (period) this fast, efficient, friendly...How do you literally have my order in my hand before I'm even ready to pay? Meanwhile, it'll have been a literal 10-car line in the drive through.I've been trying to figure this out for years, lol.

I've had issues at this Dunkin. They've run out of dounuts way too early in the day. They have also gotten orders wrong in the past. Only reason I go there at times is due to not wanting to drive an extra 2 or 3 miles for a better location.

My husband and I were on our way to upstate NY for the weekend and we decided to stop at Dunkin in Keyport for a medium hot pumpkin coffee light with almond milk. We were both SHOCKED when the cashier said the coffee was $4.04! When we got our receipt we saw that they charged us an extra $1.00 for almond milk! Needless to say I won't be going to this Dunkin anymore. I'll go to the one up the street where the same coffee is $2.76! Shame on you Keyport Dunkin!

The one worker she is very rude and disrespectful. The first incident I ordered my coffee and I realize there wasn’t any flavoring shot in there, so I went back around and asked her nicely if she was able to put some in and the window to the drive-through was open and I heard her mock me in front of her coworkers, and make fun of me because I asked for a shot a pumpkin. I let it go and took off. The second incident I order my stuff she is very rude at the window doesn’t say hi how are you , thank you or anything . I’m sorry but if you are working the drive-through you should be at least a little bit nicer to people Or have some personality. But when I got my stuff I also got a bagel she wiped the counter with my napkins and put it in my bag , like what the hell is that all about. I’m sorry but I used to like this Dunkin because it’s very close to my house but I will not be coming back I’ll take the extra mile to the other Dunkin.

I went to the drive-through on 9/26/2023, ordered a vanilla cream with powdered sugar, frosted strawberry with sprinkles, and their stuffed plain bagel bites. I really could not find the cream in the vanilla cream doughnut if there was a teaspoon, I would say, I'm being generous, there was hardly any cream. The vanilla frosted with sprinkles was not even very fresh, however, there should be a warning. If you are buying the stuffed bagel bites, they are microwaved, and they were given to me, scorching hot. Beware of this if you are ordering for your children, they will be severely burned. No one at the window warned me that they were hot. I asked for jelly for them, and it was a good thing because they are rather plain. On this visit, the lobby was closed due to construction. It's too bad there is hardly anywhere to get a decent donut these days.
