Ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag at the drive thru. Asked for the burger to have no ketchup or tomato. Two separate people spoke during the order. The screen had all the correct info. Got home to the correct drink, correct nuggets & sauce, but unsalted fries, & a dry, plain chicken sandwich instead.

Genuinely the worst Wendy’s experience of my life. I came here looking to have a nice time getting frostys with my friend. They got our order wrong, giving us the wrong sizes. My experience was absolutely horrible. The staff is consistently rude when you go there. Today during the lunch hour, I went there and had a horrible experience. My order, which was placed all at once in the drive thru was rung up under 2 separate orders and I had to ask multiple times where the rest of my order was until they figured it out. Also, I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and only received 7 nuggets. I kept trying to give them another chance hoping that the problem was only some of the staff members but I was sadly mistaken. I do not see myself going back anytime soon

Absolutely no reason why Wendy’s has a rewards system if you’re going to tell customers they have to purchase something in order to get their “free” item. I don’t know if it was a lie the order taker made up or if this is a part of Wendy’s new scheme to make more money but if that’s the case BYE. They don’t even give you your receipt in the bag anymore.

This location is usually pretty good but we’ve run into a few hiccups here.Ordered one of my burgers PLAIN and got it loaded with ketchup and mayo.

There's a reason why Wendy's will never be number 1 in fast food. It's Wendy's like this one that brings it down.Poor service... Chip reader doesn't work. All they wanted to do was take my money and hand me a bag with half of the order. I ordered a combo, but no potatoes were in the bag.Food was dry and could. I had to wash down the dried up chicken breakfast sandwich which is supposed to have some sauce on it. I slightly detected what looked like about a half a teaspoon. Chicken was so dry, the first night was stuck in my throat. It was largely inedible. As mentioned above. There were no potatoes in the bag.I've never felt well treated or fed going to this Wendy's. I guess I'll be going back to the drab McDonald's menu the next time I need a quick breakfast.

Terrible excuse for a Wendy’s franchise. My Jr Bacon cheese burger patty was 2x2 inches and hard as a rock. Nuggets were cold, small and breaded on only one side? The classic chicken sandwich was thin and tough. Portions were comically small and everything tasted stale and flavorless. Please just do everyone a favor and close your doors for good.

I went here today to pick up a Uber Eats order and the service was terrible. The workers were all trash talking me in Spanish to each other, I speak Spanish so I know what they were saying lol. I asked for the order 4 or 5 times and they ignored me. There were multiple drinks and they didn’t give a cup holder or straws and also gave one drink completely dumped over. When I told the manager all of this she was also pretty rude.

When I get mobile order than waiting at line on counter so they didn’t pay attention when it shows dine-in it was packed with brown bag and fill up soda it NOT CARRY OUT!! They needs training thier jobsParking: Truck parking need move over there not closer by restaurants Becuz it soo small parking
