I really enjoyed the bagels here but the cream cheese tastes like marshmallows. I asked about this about a year ago and the bagel maker said they put vanilla in the cream cheese. This would probably be good in a blueberry bagel but not an onion. I stopped going here because I think the flavor is not good on the cream cheese. I wish they would go back to non-marshmallow cream cheese.

I just spent 4.50 I don't even on one bagel with cream cheese! I am very upset that the bagel was black, and the service was not accommodating at all! The blueberry muffins look like they've been sitting for two weeks 0 stars

Delicious! They are the only place that makes flat bagel sandwiches and gets your order correct.I get a sausage, egg, and cheese. They put two eggs on their sandwiches.

Updating my review to 3 stars. The place was pretty busy when I arrived on a Saturday morning. Looks like they made some nice improvements on the inside since my last visit. I was surprised to see the pricing is reasonable. The flavor of the bagel was very good but its not as fluffy as I normally like. However, the care and quality of making the food is still lacking.

This is my second time coming here--I ordered much more for my kids and I want to bring my whole family here. They have such a great menu, even with my dietary restrictions. I also loved the Waldorf chicken salad!Dietary restrictions: I recently have gluten and dairy free restrictions, but Jackie made a roast beef wrap for me with all the veggies I like and wrapped it in roast beef with Salt & pepper and Olive oil. Delish!
Worst experience and service today from a tall guy at the counter. First, got the order wrong and was super annoyed when I went back up - no greeting, thank you or anything... and food was flavorless. Won't go back. Super disappointing since I live in Kinnelon.

Just wanted to leave a little message!!! The staff is so accomodating and always extremely nice. They go above and beyond to help the customer. The girls behind the counter are very well prepared and very nice. They are always happy even early in the morning. The bagels are always fresh and never have an issue with the amount of wait time for my order. I would like to express how much I enjoy your food.
