“Really great, tried the famous biscuits and gravy. I highly recommend asking for gravy on the side of half the amount. There was so much gravy on the plate that everything cooled down very quickly. I'm also a big texture person and the gravy kind of overpowered everything. I'm not saying it wasn't good, but it was a lot.“

“Ok, I came yesterday and it was amazing. Teas and Lattes are great. (Not trues coffee yet).Today this Mango Checken Nacho [and in Hate Mango, but mom insisted]... Amazing! I like Mango now.Visit #3 - got the special veggies Buffalo wrap! ? this is amazing! And the Avocado Tofu Scamble toast which I give it an 8. (I'd change 2 things to make it 10 in my book, 1. Heat the plate to prevent toast from cooling down. 2. Spread the toppings to be mixed and not three separate)Atmosphere: seats are too hard, and straight backed. The menu alone is reason to, but it's just not comfortable. Too much hookah art LOL.“

“The food is exceptional and consistent! It’s nice to have local business like this thrive. The owners are awesome people that collaborate with other businesses in the area; bringing everyone up with them, that’s the way small business should be. Try a lettuce wrapper classic burger with old bay fries; you won’t be dissapointed.“
“My wife, Meg and I really enjoyed our visit to your brewery and simply loved it! We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, welcoming bartenders, friendly patrons, and the warm, neighborly environment. We will certainly be coming back to visit again soon to enjoy another great beer! CHEERS! Rich and Meg“

“I stopped by here last week with my wife for some evening drinks. We were staying nearby and looking for a brewery whenever we came across Oyster Creek Brewing. The brewery itself is located in a strip mall and the inside was interesting. They had 16 beers on tap this day and the tables were interestingly decorated with circles talking about plume zones and ingestion zones. After guessing it had something to do with nuclear power, we looked it up and figured out that there used to be a nuclear power plant here. After that it made more sense as did some of their beer names. As I often do whenever I visit a new brewery, I decided to go with a flight. At oyster creek brewing a flight consists of 4 beers and so I chose the critical mass NEIPA, Sky Shine black tea and honey ale, half life cranberry hefe, and the 3-eyed fish. For my first beer I tried the Critical mass NEIPA which was a little bit sweet before the hops kick in at the finish. Second was the Sky shine black tea and honey ale which was also sweet at the start before the black tea comes in and then sweet at the finish. Third was the Half-life cranberry hefe which was smooth at the start and you could definitely taste the cranberry before a finish of sweetness. Last but certainly not least was the 3-eyed fish which started off with that tart lime flavor before moving into the dryness of a gose and finishing with, I'll be damned, the taste of Swedish fish. Out of the bunch I liked the critical mass the most but it's that 3-eyed fish which I will still be thinking about. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. While most of my beers were sweet, I did enjoy the IPA and the three eyed fish is definitely a conversation starter.“
“Be ready for country music when you get there. The business is veteran is owned and proudly displays its affinity for the military, law enforcement and first responders. Put the business name into Google maps and it will take you right to the place, even though you seem to be driving into warehouse heaven. Plenty of places to sit, just not at the counter.“

“Nice spot in downtown Toms River. Really nice staff, extensive menu with good variety, and in our four visits, have not had one dish we didn't enjoy. Quickly becoming our go to spot to stop in for a nice meal or get take out.Parking: Depending on time of visit, local street parking can be somewhat difficult“

“I recently discovered Tommy's Boy Cafe and had a pleasant experience. The brown sugar coffee was unique , the vibe is laid-back, making it ideal for a fun photo shoot if you're into that kinda thing. The spacious, clean space in downtown TR, coupled with their beautiful menu and great customer service, ensures I'll be back to explore more. Highly recommended“

“We've lived in Bayville since 2015 and tonight we tried the Trenton pie from Shady Rest for the first time. How did it take us nearly 9 years to find the best pizza in the area? The thin, crispy crust. The generous and flavorful sauce. Just the right amount of cheese. Hot and fresh, right from the oven. We will be ordering so often you'll think we are making up for lost time. Thank you, Shady Rest. Please don't change a thing.“
“A wonderful spot in Downtown TR with a large assortment of craft brews surrounded by good food locations. The seasonal beers and seltzers along with the occasional collaboration offer a ton of variety for whatever you're in the mood to try. Great vibe with live music as well.“
“Tons of flavors to choose from! The staff was super friendly and even told us the top 3 flavors. Extremely colorful and bright within the store. I wish there was a table or two inside the store. There are a lot of tables outside though. I love that they offer a wide variety of toppings. It was so good that we went back for seconds the next day! My friend purchased two kinds of fudge. It didn't taste as fresh and rich as she would have liked.“

“My husband and I had dinner here for the first time in the summer of 2023 on a weeknight inside. We decided to give it a try due to the recommendation of our neighbors. I had the Lobster Grilled Cheese sandwich and Lobster Bisque Soup in a bread bowl upon recommendation of our neighbors again. Both items did not disappoint. Both items were super filling and tasty! If you order the soup in a bread bowl, be prepared to share. It becomes like an appetizer with all the soft bread in the bowl. Absolutely delicious. As for the atmosphere, we chose to sit inside. Watching the ocean and the boats at sunset gave it a perfect summerlike feel. We will be back based on our last experience this past summer.“

“The restaurant is fairly cozy with a clean restroom. First thing I noticed was how kind and friendly the lady at the front was. She was extremely helpful with assisting me navigating what to order. The food came out hot and was delicious! The food taste and quality exceeded my expectations for chinese food in Tom's River. My only complaint is I wished they added the word "Bbq" in front of the Roast Pork Chow Fun for the menu as I was expecting crispy skinned roast pork. I love supporting these small family businesses that put in the effort to make their food good. Will visit again next time I'm in Tom's River!“

“Group of 5 adults with 1 child (almost 5) on a Saturday night around 7pm for dinner. We were seated immediately and without a reservation. Place was much bigger than I expected and also had a great looking bar at the one end. I'll definitely need to try that out some other time when I'm kid-free. Every one of our entrees were excellent and the service was, too. Prices were fair and worth the quality food and service. We will definitely all be going back here again. Parking seems like it can be a little tricky at times, but there looked to be parking available on a nearby side street.Kid-friendliness: Brought my almost 5 year old along with 4 other friends. My son lives on cheeseburgers and french fries and said their's was very Delicious. I tried it and can confirm, too. There were also chicken fingers and pasta options for kids that I'm sure would be good.“

“I ordered a custom ice cream for a special occasion. Cake was made exactly to my request, everything from the different layers, ice cream flavors, & toppings. Everyone enjoyed the cake and asked, "Where is the ice cream cake from?" If you have a peanut butter lover in your life, I highly recommend this peanut butter themed ice cream cake. Aside from this custom order, we are regular customers. The ice cream sundaes are our favorite. You always get good portions (scoops) served. The medium is almost too much for me. That's a good thing. Chocolate Chip Mint, Hot Fudge, Whipped Cream, and topped with M & Ms is my favorite.“
