From start to finish Tracey & Liz assisted us with all the planning, & were super responsive to my emails. The day of, Tracey & our servers were so kind & helpful with everything. “A beautiful little restaurant in the home of Newton. Looks like a house, but the inside is lovely. Ordered pick up take out, drive 25 minutes was WORTH IT! 7 items for $60, food was flavorful, high quality and a nice portion. The butter naan was the favorite. Vegetable samosa little thick with dough but lovely inside. Chaat was a bit disappointing, not as pictured on their online menu and there was very limited yogurt dip. Contained many onions despite that not being listed. Chicken tiki masala was very sweet, good but not traditional tiki masala. Calamari was delicious, never had calamari like that before. The sauce was impeccable. Gulab for dessert was three dough balls saturated in syrup ( not our favorite but that’s a personal opinion).Overall ready to go back and try something new in the menu. Staff very friendly and helpful,”

“Stopped in for lunch. Atmosphere was comfortable. My server Jutay was amazing, very positive attitude. Had the soup of the day with fresh squeezed lemon, which elevated the taste even more. My burger was juicy and flavorful. My only suggestion would be to have those in the dining room, not be listening to their phone on speaker. I plan on visiting again!!”

“Didn't even realize this little gem was in town! After getting my son a haircut, we decided to come in for dinner. We've frequented another local Thai restaurant, but this will be our new spot. The food... fresh, hot, delicious. The soups came in large portions and far exceeded my expectations. I tried the ginger soup. Just wow! So fresh and flavorful. The service... friendly, quick, and efficient. Even the cook and/or owner came out to check how everything was. The environment... spacious and clean. This place deserves some hype! Check them out!”

“Came here with a coworker and will definitely be coming back. Service was excellent! Both the ladies that helped us were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was good as well! I had the french onion soup and the hawaiian pizza. The french onion soup was ok. Not the best I've had but not the worst. The hawaiian pizza was great though! The crust was excellent and the toppings were in good portion. As for the atmosphere, I arrived when the restaurant wasn't so busy so we had our choice of seats. We chose to sit in the area with lots of windows and sunlight and the view of the lake was beautiful (despite parked cars being in the way). I would definitely be coming back with other family and friends to try some other dishes.”

“Freshest ingredients and BEST bread you can get. The owners are so nice! Even gave me a couple pieces of chicken cutlets they just made for free. Best chicken cutlets I've ever had, so crispy and thin. My parents and I each had the #22 which has fried eggplant, fresh moz, and roasted red peppers. Incredible. I couldn't recommend the eggplant enough. I love coming here and you have to go if you are in the area.”

“Saw an advertisement on Facebook today showing the S’mores shake and couldn’t stop thinking about it. So off we went and to say we were pleasantly pleased is an understatement!!!Received awesome service from Bode who was very kind and made our dream dinner come to life!!! The shake was a picture of excellence and delicious as well as the waffle sundae-with the waffle being made fresh. We just found ourselves a new ice cream place!!!Keep up the good work Bode-you’re going places!!!”

“Food is amazing and very creative. Have had breakfast lunch and dinner. The only challenge is to decide what to order. Kudos to this talented chef and her son in their kitchen. This is a gastronomic treat from an entire team that does not present any versions of the obligatory standards found on most other menus. The wait staff has a great energy, which adds to the whole dining experience. I travel from PA to experience the food and if it were closer it would certainly be a go-to for me. The attached farm market with its delightful cheeses and treats, as well as unique and wonderfully fun culinary items-and even clothing-make the entire experience a heart-warming and fulfilling journey.”

“I can't believe we only just discovered this place. The food is incredible and the hand made specialty drinks are delicious. Our server Kira was very nice, informative and welcoming. We shared the kimchi pancakes, and each had an entree. We opted for the bento box lunch special so we could try a little bit of everything. I had the KFC and my husband had the bulgogi. Both bento boxes were flavorful, the KFC was super crispy and the bulgogi well seasoned and juicy. For drinks, I had the yuzu lemonade, which I could not stop drinking, I believe there were candied pieces of yuzu at the bottom of the glass, and my husband had the royal pear cinnamon punch, tasted like fall, also delicious. We loved everything about this place. If you were to close your eyes you'd think you were in NYC to have amazing food like this. So glad to have a place like Blue Spice Kitchen in Sussex County!!”

“While being in the area, decided to stop there for lunch. Local food was good, they had a very decent beer. The view on the lake was extraordinary and in some sense, quite soothing. Prices were decent and service up to par. I'll make sure to stop there if I am ever in the area again.”

“I drove past this, and I was like, I need to make a U- turn and check that place out. I pulled in, and I thought this place was closed because it was so dark inside. My mother and I checked this spot out, and we were very surprised at how it looked inside. We couldn't decide what to get basked good wise. We decided to get an assortment of different types of baked goods. My mother was surprised that the first cup of coffee was 25 cents, and then after that, it would be $1.25. Everyone who worked there was very nice as well and explained what the top selling items were as well. Overall everything was very delicious and it smelt amazing in there. I highly recommend going there and checking it out.”

“Food is excellent and plentiful. We always stop by when we go out to Clove Spring Farm for sporting clays. The breakdast skillets are served in an actual skillet and great. My son had the bacon cheese burger and said it was very good. Prices are excellent, and wait staff is exactly what you'd expect from a great diner. Outdoor picnic tables for good weather seating with a view of the airport and skydivers.”

My fiancé is born and raised British and she absolutely loved the bangers and mash! The chicken schnitzel was delicious! Atmosphere inside was fun and relaxing. Bag pipe player walking around. Manager came over twice and checked on us! Thank you for a great meal!”
