The bagels are too Small, thin, center. They need to be bigger, fatter and very little gap or hole in middle. The previous owners did it right. Need to make a real bagel or you'll lose customers.

My first experience was not great but I read a APP story about the young man and how he spent his college money on this bagel store so I wanted to give it another try. Unfortunately, it was terrible. I went today, a Sunday, at 9AM and it was empty. Under previous management the store would have been packed. I ordered my everything bagel with cream cheese. The first thing I noticed was the Bagel was the size of a hockey puck. I mean ridiculously small. There was hardly any cream cheese on it and I don't know how it's possible but it had absolutely no taste. How do you make an everything bagel that has no taste? Unless this young man makes some drastic changes fast I'm afraid he's not going to make it in this business.

Horrible service waited 20 minutes for my bagels not too long ago and I realize I was actually dealing with the owner hotel me I wasn't waiting 20 minutes for my bagel boo hiss. This place won't last long under this management. Milo, the owner just text me back that nobody that they waited more than 10 minutes the issue Milo the owner is when I told you that you disagreed with me and told me I did not wait those 20 minutes. You're only 18 you are inexplicably experienced I guess if you get more experience then maybe just maybe it might work out good luck.

i am absolutely not a morning person, let alone a breakfast person, but i absolutely love their scrambled eggs! i’m sure to some you’ll think they’re just simple scrambled eggs, but there’s just something about the way they do it that made me fall in love. i never eat eggs, i hate eggs, but i’m literally obsessed. the bagels are also amazing as well!
