The only reason I give them a four star rating and not a five star rating, it's because I never sat there and ate and I've only had the pizza to go but everything was great including the service in the atmosphere there I would love to go for dinner one

Ordered from Slice; 3 steak sandwiches, which is the only option given for anything remotely close to a cheesesteak. Previous orders of the steak sandwich would come with cheese. Not this time and this was after waiting for a good 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time. Was told that it’s because I ordered a plain steak sandwich. I can get behind that- technically it’s true. But they’ve never before sent just steak on a roll; they’ve always done an actual cheesesteak.Which brings me to the point- what kind of pizza parlor does not have an actual cheesesteak as a menu option? Or at least make it so that when ordering a palin steak sandwich you can indicate that you want cheese on it. I’ve never really had issues before, and maybe it’s because today is NYE, but between Slice and the restaurant, I’m very turned off from La Gondola and sincerely hope they update their menu to ensure people can order an actual cheesesteak.

Ordered chicken franchise. Got shredded chicken with yellow sauce no golden egg dip cooked. If I was homeless in there dumpster I wouldn't eat it. Garbage. Lost a 2 yr

We ordered a medium pie and fried ravioli @12:15. It was delivered at 1:45 Luke warm after 2 phone calls questioning why it was taking so long. We were told varying various stories by the woman who answered the phone ( she stated the driver never showed up) and the alleged manager who delivered who said it was too busy. They offered to make a new meal and said it would be 30-40 min to deliver. Def do not recommend

i ordered the veal marsala. It was not acceptable. The meat was not of a good quality, tough chewing, and the taste just wasn't right, which perhaps was related to the heavy, dark gravy that was smothered over the meat. Had to send it back, which is something I dislike doing unless absolutely necessary.The waitress was exceptional in the way she handled the situation, so very impressive on her part. Going forward though, I might be back for a slice of pizza to go, but that's it. I had their slices before, which were just fine.

We moved to the area 2 months ago, so we trying different places and this was our second pizza place to visit. We were very hungry and excited to try it...For starters we ordered garlic knots and Caesar salad. We waited for that much longer than we wished we would. Garlic knots finally came, to our disappointment 3 of 5 pieces were very underdone and all of them tasted stale. (We are eating them whole life, that never ever happened before) Then Caesar salad came - humongous pieces of the salad leaves very overgrown kind and no parmesan cheese whatsoever, dressing was kind of sour, and without parmesan cheese all tasted wrong, when we moved salad leaves around on the plate, to our surprise there was 1x2 in chunk of yellow sliced cheese (like American cheese) which had no place to be on our plate..!Pizza came looking appetizing and was fairly good - not the best. On the plate what I got for pizza was about an inch long piece of hair or fiber. I have to say server was very pleasant, but not adequately/professionally trained how to react on these situations - when we asked her if parmesan cheese should be on the Caesar salad, her response was - "It was was not..? No sorry, no can I bring you another one - nothing... When we asked her what is that yellow piece of cheese doing on the plate, she said it must fell on it when they were doing something else - again no sorry..!!! Even restaurant was empty it was around 4 p.m., at some point of our early dinner the little boy (around 4-5) came and sit couple tables from us with slice of pizza, nobody was attending to him (we assumed, which was confirmed later by our server, he was owner's son). He didn't touch his food and was pacing from his table to ours and staring at us and our food and he kept doing it, even after I nicely asked him "go please to your table and eat your food" - he did not I ended this visit by going to the bathroom, where I had really hard time to close the door, I had to lift it and push it hard to be able to close it...... I don't have any pictures of the food as I usually I would have, because I was so tired and I initially told my husband "I am not going to do review of this restaurant", but after all these things happen I decided to do so. I just took some pictures of the front door and interior, we have to say look pretty nice... So that one ⭐ of my review is for... We are also so disappointed, because we thought it would be great pizza place because it's very close to where we live.? ?
