I was drunk and needed something to eat, can't go wrong with the big king... but to find the manager cooking and waiting on drive thru was hard to see. Nobody has any work ethic anymore, this poor man not only had to cook my food he also had to tend the window.. I'm ashamed America has come to this..

Bad service on one occasion I was missing part of my order and the last time I ordered a large soda and they gave me 15% soda and 85% ice... I understand that you should bring ice but don't exaggerate!!!!

Ordered thru app and breakfast food was hot, as was the coffee. No problems. I recommend using the app for an easy transaction, just drive-thru and pick up your order.

I HATED GOING TO THAT PLACE, the service is horrible, the cashiers are completely unpleasant, very rude, the food is bland, and they always served you with a bad attitude. Going there was horrible for all the time I worked at that plaza.

The manager has horrible customer service skills. I wanted to cancel my order and he said he couldn't guess he doesn't know how to use the computer I need to go to train an Indian get fired. The food is cold, and the guy with the gray beard that they had in the back repairing the food was mean to other employee they just have bad attitudes. Other faster food place have better costumer services

I just called in I have walked into the Burger King before after placing order on mobile and this was the first time I received the worst service I was asking them wether they would attend me if I ordered mobile and if there lobby is closed because I would have to walk through drive thru the guy explained to me that they would only attend me in the drive thru and as soon as he finished explaining that to me he hanged up on me before I can finish asking him another question.
