The food was great, 5 star but the delivery was a fiasco. We ordered 3 dinners at around 5:25 PM and got our delivery at around 7:45 PM.. Well at least it came before breakfast.

I asked for a meal of beef with broccoli for delivery, which arrived with a cockroach in the sauce. I complained about the Chinese, I used vulgar vocabulary and did not want to return the money they sent me. They gave me another order. That was disgusting. Absolutely terrible Awful Very Bad Food. In addition to the worst chinese food ive ever consumed in my life This restaurant uses peanut butter in their lo mein. My son has to be rushed to ER for medical assistance as he is very allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. I called the restaurant today to speak with the manager - i was hoping we could discuss the need for the inclusion of the peanut being used in their cooking However The manager became extremely belligerent Talking over me and interrupting me. She insisted that ALL chinese lo mein is cooked with peanut butter Which obviously is false I mean if they want to use a well known allergen in their cooking so be it but put that on your menu. The kicker of the story is While I'm trying hard to get her to understand the importance of the information being labeled She stated to me "I don't care. We have been here 12 years I don't care" So if you have an allergy absolutely avoid this place If you are a parent that thinks it's crazy to tell a Mom you don't care their child was in the ER bc your buisness has been operating 12 years Dont eat here. If you know what real chinese food tastes like - Don't eat here. Extra info for you to know before you try and eat here We ordered pan fried dumplings They were SLIMY - how do you make slimy dumplings?!?!! The meat they use is low quality and extremely processed The boneless spare ribs were plastic meat chunks Not real meat by any stretch. I'm amazed that this establishment has been in buisness for 12 years with food of such poor quality.

First right off the bat I'm stating this is the absolute worst tasting chinese food i've ever consumed and I grew up in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere PA - so that's saying something right away. My main problem with this establishment is they use peanut butter in the lo mein. No where in the menu is this noted and my peanut allergy child ended up rushed to the ER. When I called today to talk wiyh the manager about the situation She became extremely rude and belligerent Stating that ALL Chinese lo mein is made with peanut butter. Now, that's crazy and of course not true. I tried telling this woman several times that I wanted to call to talk w her about updating the menu The menu should reflect that a well known allergen is used in the cooking - So this doesn't hate another family. Instead she just kept talking right over me Making little to no sense. Finally the kicker was her telling me "I don't care. this restaurant has been here 12 years. So I don't care" I was furious at this point and so I hung up I'm honestly considering a lawsuit solely because this woman was so uncaring and rude. So besides people w allergies should not eat here - The rest of us thst ate the food really thought it was awful. The dumplings were thin and slimy I've already stayed what's wrong w the lo mein. but add in it was greasy We also ordered bbq spare ribs that were low quality processed meat chunks. This is not real chinese food and i feel bad for the people of Lakewood. What a simplyvterrible restaurant With absolutely terrible management

the pork fried rice is terrible and they don't even know how to cook General Tso's chicken they use an orange sauce instead save your money

Moved back to Lakewood and my husband would order from vip or rubys NOOO more My son and I ordered from here today, best decisionThe general tso chicken so fresh and absolutely deliciousMy hot/sour soup perfect and NO oil on top. This place will definitely be delivering to us more offer.Best Chinese food in Lakewood hands down

I ordered general stoz chicken. i got a completely different entree. On top of that my driver was over a hour late. Although the driver was very kind. I called and the woman on the phone immediately started getting angry, saying she dosent have time for this and that she’s too busy. Customer service should come first, and since there was a problem with my order that i payed for i expect for it to be corrected. i’m very understanding when it comes to any delivery service but i received a lot of disrespect on the phone when i asked how much longer the driver would take. The workers he show no human decency or care for their customers whatsoever.
