The WORST service in town! Forget about the long waiting time, usually only 1 server to attend multiple customers. Above all NEVER order online from them, I did an order, received a receipt, it was NEVER delivered. They said they never got the order, although I had their receipt in my email. There was NO ONE to talk to about it. MANAGER or OWNER unavailable! GANOVIM!

Horrible experience! Never saw these workers b4! No hygiene concept! Hair was in the ice cream, biting open bags with teeth, LICKING FINGERS as their making me a Razzle(?) and many more horrible stuff , the bathrooms and tables were a huge messThe only reason I gave 1 star is because the ice cream was good and most of the times I came it was pretty good

Went to get an ice cream cake. The kid behind the counter was rude disrespectful and obnoxious. I am sure there are finer yeshiva boys out there.
Every time I come here I have to wait forever. Today I came but i was in a rush. I just left after a few minutes without ordering. Why is there only 1 person working in this store. Clearly, they need more help. He was trying to serve and then go to the register to take money. Then go to the next person. It's very, very slow. The only reason I'd give 2 stars is because their razzle is delicious.

I had visited this location on July 5th since I was in the area. I was impressed by the size and nothing else.The selection of flavors was disappointing, there wasn't anything I couldn't get at any other ice cream shop.I ordered a 2 scoop cone of Mint Chocolate Chip and apparently the freezers weren't working correctly and the ice cream was very soft. The flavoring was disappointing and there were hardly any chocolate chips, more like a few chocolate flakes.The portion should have been similar in size of 2 tennis balls on top of each other, but I got what looked like 1 scoop.Even the cashier had no idea what I was paying for. I told her I asked for 2 scoops but only got the 1, she still charged me almost $6 with sales tax.I definitely will NOT be back!
