Although the food is good,Terrible service. Was waiting to order but after 10 minutes I decided just to take something ready from the freezer when I wanted to pay they let me wait another 10 minutes just so someone should come to the register when I asked if I can pay person shouted to me I have to give her a few more minutes, that's when I just put it back and left

Was visiting NJ from WY and we were craving waffles and ice cream. We drove 20 minutes to lakewood to get our craving. The first spot we went to was a bust so we were excited to see this place pop up on Google. We got there an hour before closing. When we entered the workers completely did not acknowledge us. We asked for a waffle sundae and they told us it would be a 15-20min wait as the waffle machine was off and asked if we still wanted it. We said yes we still wanted it. We waited and after 5 mins they came back and said that they were all out of waffle mix ?. Truly the worst customer service as the woman working there seemed as though she was not happy to be there at all. Will not be coming back and will not be recommending this place to anyone

I was in the neighborhood and had a hankering for ice cream… When I got there, there was a huge line indoors and I got the feeling that this place must be pretty good… So many options… I got a medium chocolate shake and a small vanilla sugar cone… Well, I must say the chocolate shake was one of the best I’ve ever had… And this vanilla cone… The vanilla was again some of the best soft ice cream I’ve ever had… Very tasty and I got the feeling that the ingredients were top quality

A real ice cream experience. I've tried hagan daaz carvel and many others in between but nothing compares to Sprinkles definitely superior in the ice cream world. Good vibes. I always get something different every time I go last time I got A Razzle with vanilla ice cream cookie crumbs chocolate fudge peanut butter rice crispies and chocolate chips. Oreo Cream or Cookie Dough Delight are yummy shakes. Fresh hot coffees and Cappuccinos are available as well. The kids all love the Flavor Bursts which come in A variety of flavors. I love that there's fresh popcorn to munch on while you wait for everything to be ready. We even eat Sprinkles at the shabbos table with the delicious Ice Cream Cakes.
Can get noisy at times but ice cream makes up for
