Tulcingo is a combination of a Authentic local grocery store and small cozy bistro. The service is friendly and quick. The food is flavorful, tasty and affordable. It is a good place for a quick stop for lunch or in case you are looking for something specifically hispanic. Very nice place.
It's good but very expensive and I've bought things that have been outdated hard bread and things that look new but when they are opened they are very old
