Dennis and Estella are the nicest people, the atmosphere is cozy yet classy, and the food is Michelin level. Get the mushroom soup if they have it, the tortellini, and any fish entrees. They also make their own orange flour for their mandarin tart which is incredible. Lo recomiendo.

A wonderful dining experience! The crab, And the tortellini starters were delicious. For mains we had the wild boar, the filet mignon, the mullet and everything was on point! The hostess was gracious, quick and had her opinion on the entire menu. The wait staff were quick and we had a great evening. We will be back. The Chef was working hard and delivered great food. This little restaurant adds to Lambertsville cachet of a pretty and lovely little town.

My soup - the special with asparagus - was silky-smooth and the best I've ever had. So was the swordfish with the braised fennel-orange accompaniment, and my husband loved his ribs. The panna cotta was a little stodgy. A gourmet experience for a special occasion, but rather expensive, despite it being BYOB.

This place is a hidden gem! The husband and wife owners are authentic in their cuisine and hospitality. The food is expertly prepared and presented. We will definitely dine with them again.

Always feel like we're dining in a 5 star restaurant when we are at D'Floret. Estella makes all guests feel like family- she's so charming. Dennis makes magic with his culinary treats- everything is perfectly seasoned - it's a feast for the senses! Whenever we bring friends to dine there- it becomes their favorite restaurant too! No need to travel to the city for a Michelin star experience, you can find it Lambertville!

Very intimate and romantic setting at night. Cheerful servers that are perfectly attentive. The entrees are interesting without being too esoteric but far from average. Perfect portion sizes and incredibly fresh and delightfully plated.

D'Floret is a very quaint and elegant restaurant tucked away in Lambertville NJ. Opened and operated by a husband and wife team, the restaurant had an amazing menu with entries that you would not normally find elsewhere. I had the wild boar which was delicious. And if you love desserts, the executive chef I'd also a pastry chef so we had their famous profiteroles- a great way to end the evening. Just an FYI - they only accept cash or check but don't let this stop you from enjoying this little jewel.

We caught a last minute reservation at this highly recommended restaurant. We greeted pleasantly by the host (wife). They quickly open our wine, bread and gave us the printed menus. Four of us started with Gnocchi which were very good and light, butternut squash soup, and the signature crab tian. All were good, the crab tian, a sautéed crab cake with almost all crab, was small for $21. I had fluke, a special, others had Faroe Island salmon, wild boar, and Skate. All dishes were well prepared and tasty.

This was the first time we were at this restaurant. FYI, they only accept cash or checks. No credit cards. It is also a BYOB. We did have a reservation, but had to wait about 20 minutes for our table. I had the mushroom puff pastry appetizer and bronzini entrée. They were absolutely perfect and delicious! The owner indicated that they have purchased the adjacent building next-door and will be expanding within the next few months for more seating. We will definitely be coming back!

The restaurant has a warm, inviting ambience. We had a lovely, delicious dinner. I had the wild pheasant and my dinner partner had one of the fish dishes - both were excellent, as was the pear tart that we split.
