We enjoyed our visit. Environment was very nice even though the noise level was high at times. The appetizers were very good, entrees good but just overcooked somewhat. Service was very good as well. Drinks were delicious. I'm sure we'll be back.

It was very nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The noise level was fine when we were seated but, by the time we were served the appetizers it became very loud. The food was very good and service was excellent. We would go back again.

My wife and I had some oysters to start along with a cocktail each. Oysters were fresh and flavorful and drinks were perfect. We had the chicken parm pizza and 18 oz Cowboy ribeye with au poivre and mashed sweet potatoes. Let me just say the chicken parm pizza is amazing and big enough to bring left overs home. If you eat that whole thing, you're a gavone. The steak med rare was just as good. Good ambiance in there and very lively. Will be back.

The shrimp cocktail was really fresh & tasty. My grouper, a special that evening, was pretty good. Surprisingly, my wife's “Chilean Sea Bass” was not very good and the fish itself was a hunk of a big meaty fish that was unlike Chilean Sea Bass that we order frequently from other restaurants. The Hawke is mostly a steak & potato place. Steak is a more advisable order there. Service was good. Noisy boisterous environment with low ceilings.

It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The place is very noisy however and the tables are close to one another. Our server was just ok. He didn't remove my salad plate (first course) when serving our dinner. He seemed to rush us to be over. He was nice but not up to the level I would expect from a restaurant of this order. The food was very good and a good value.

We enjoy the Hawke and really love the food. Last night was especially noisy and we could barely hear the couple that we were with, the table of 6 near us, were loud and screaming at the top of their lungs, pretty obnoxious. I am for having a good time, but not at the expense of everyone's dining experience. It would be nice if management had come over and ask them to tone it down. The only time they were quiet was when they were eating. This is one of our favorite places to eat, but after last night, the only way I will go back is if I sit outside. The bar is great, but the noise level in there was ridiculous. I don't go to a restaurant to hear all of the other conversations going on around us. Love the restaurant, but something has to be done about the noise. Our service was okay, but he couldn't hear our orders. Too noisy!!!!

Too loud. Very slow service .. was never given a wine or cocktail list.. waited 15 minutes for a server. And of course , our waiter wanted our drink order right away.... Food too salty. Not going back

Our dinner was perfect. Beginning with the hostess who seated us on the patio and made sure the temperature was comfortable, to the menu options which included the Tuesday Locals Menu, was great and delicious!! The service was beyond excellent!

It's always a pleasure coming here. Ambience is amazing, food is always stellar, and they have the best dirty martini I've ever had. I always recommend this place, great for any occasion!

It was our first time and we will be back. The Swordfish was outstanding. It was a special, but I hope they put it on the menu or keep offering it. The presentation was beautiful also. The two men shared the chicken parm pizza - they were curious and that also was a hit! Great menu - they offer sandwiches also which is nice if you don't want a big meal. Carrot cake was also very good!

Excellent food and service. I noted it was a birthday occasion and did not ask for anything special. They gave us a table in a small alcove that was quiet and very private. Wonderful evening.

This is a great spot- but if you're planning to eat here, grab a reservation if they're available. We went on a Friday, they were parked and parking took a little time to find. There isn't a whole lot of extra space to wait around in, and the bar was equally packed while we waited. We tried a little bit of everything, there was not a single item that disappointed. Many of the meals are a la carte- but the portions were decent enough that we could share most between 4 of us.We tried quite a few of the apps and sides, including the asparagus, Brussel sprouts, garlic whipped mashed potatoes, loaded baked potato, gorgonzola garlic bread, calamari and sausage stuffed mushrooms. Personally, I don't care for mushrooms, but these were OUT OF THIS WORLD.I can't remember the meals everyone else chose, but my filet was perfectly cooked and seasoned. You can always tell when a meal is good because of the sudden silence among a table. I would definitely return here, but be aware it's not a cheap meal. Worth it? Absolutely. But be prepared to spend a decent amount.Oh and finally, the staff. They were outstanding, from the bar to the servers/ food runners. Very polite, quick to clear plates, and for as busy as the restaurant was everything came out pretty quickly!!

Somewhere in the space between nice steakhouse and Generic Pub, a Hawke rides the updraft from a grilling head of lettuce into the sky. I am skeptical the fillet mignon sandwich is true to its name (and for all its exciting ingredients, it lacked flavor) but the burger, grilled lettuce, and watermelon refresher were all very solid. Highest remarks to the maker of the onion rings, who managed to make the ring crispy all the way around while also designing them such that the onion doesn’t just pull out at the first bite. Not a cheap place for lunch but a good spot if you’re gainfully employed.

Ahi Tuna Wonton appetizer was very good. We appreciated the complimentary glasses of champagne as we were there celebrating our anniversary. Did not appreciate being rushed through dinner after we’d ordered a bottle of wine for our table. Not crowded for a Sat. might. We could’ve foregone reservations. Would say the old Inn of the Hawke was beloved and better than the new iteration, The Hawke.
