Lovely restaurant; have been going there for years. Food quality is always very good, -- fresh and well prepared. The menu changes daily. The dining room is classy; well appointed, just the right number of tables. The bar has a lively, comfortable pub feeling. In both the bar and the dining room, the service is efficient and friendly.

Fine dining in a wonderful intimate dining room. Waitress was EXCELLENT!! Only thing I would say was that menu was somewhat limited however the ambience and service (not to mention delicious delicious liver pate and swordfish main was “beyond”...). Thanks for a great dining experience.

I can't say enough great things about Anton's. Even though it is a bit of a drive for us, this is our favorite restaurant. The people who work there are so beyond wonderful and lovely to us every time we go there. The food is always good and their prices have remained very reasonable. The overall ambience is delightful. They also have 3 great dining choices. 1- the main restaurant, 2- the bar and 3- in the warm weather there is a beautiful outdoor garden patio. A not to be missed restaurant.

From Aileen and the whole wait staff's welcome and efficient service to Chris's excellent cuisine, we could not have asked for finer dining experience. The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything...including dessert...is homemade. Service was great too. Great cocktails. I love the warm ambience by the fireplace in the bar. Go for a drink before dinner or have dinner in the bar. Enjoy.

Chris is an amazing chef. The food is perfectly prepare and consistent. The staff are seasoned, very competent and I love the atmosphere. The Swan Bar is also amazing, beautiful cocktails and the same delicious food.

My friend and I celebrated my birthday there last night. Everything was delicious. I had the swordfish and my friend had the pumpkin ravioli. For dessert we had a delicious carrot cake and a couple complementary chocolate chip cookies. Just loved the ambiance. Leave extra time to find a parking space which is a challenge in the neighborhood.

We had a 50th birthday dinner- they gave us the perfect private room upstairs to celebrate- the server was attentive friendly and on top of everything! We had never been before, but we'll certainly be back! Thank you for a memorable delicious dinner! Everything was perfect!

Excellent food and wonderful service! The restaurant is in an old home that has been renovated but has kept many of the antiques and woodwork that give it charm. We went for a special Valentine's Day dinner and every table was lit by candlelight, service was very attentive, and the food was fantastic.

The upstairs dining is not as nice as downstairs, room was cold and noise level was loud. For an early dining time they were already out of two items on the limited menu. Not an overall great dining experience!

As always an excellent meal in a very romantic setting. Anton's never disappoints. All our fish dishes were deliciously prepared. Wait staff is always professional and very pleasant. Treat yourself to the carrot cake...it is the best.

Lovely and cozy inside. Tables and chairs too small. Incredibly loud if you're in a room with a table group of >4. Amazingly slow and ineffective service. We waited 20 minutes just to get a waitperson to take our order. We waited so long to get condiments requested for the main course for one person that everyone else at the table had finished eating by the time the condiments arrived. We were in an upstairs room, so we think that may have been part of the issue. We noted “birthday celebration” on the reservation, but nothing was done even though we saw two other tables get a birthday candle/presentation at the end of their meals. As for the food: the burger and oyster appetizers were wonderful and the Caesar salad was pretty good; the bourguignon and NY strip steaks were average (not worth $36 and $40). Bottom line: go for a table on the first floor near the bar where it is attractive and cozy, and save yourself a lot of money and just order a burger.
