They know how to take orders from customers without any problems. I had Veggie sub with fries and soda. It is cheaper here compared to San Francisco where I usually ordered. I ordered dine in but had leftovers and they gave me no problems providing to-go box and bag. BTW the fries are fresh and hot.

Unfortunately the owner is probably losing lots of money due to the staffing. They are unfamiliar with their own menus and the cashier looks baked on pot drooling. And the cook is just pacing back and forth not even making orders. Why put money into a business if employees driving away customers.

We stood in line for 20-25 minutes while we watched the cooks assist the cashier with orders. Ten people waiting in line and finally the line starts to live and they CLOSED in our FACE. The Cashier was incompetent and slow and the cooks were all over the place. Customer service was at an all time ZERO.???????????????????

Food Court location in a shopping mall. Prices are on the high side for what you get even a combo meal. This is the only location I have visited. Cordial staff, no small talk. Food prepared in front of you good and bad. You can see what is happening in the very clean cooking area. The cook at the time seemed uncertain. Average size sandwich with fries and small Coke product $10 and change. No ketchup in house (for a cheesesteak place, weird) reluctant to give napkins and the sandwich was messy. Good quality, glad I asked for light Buffalo sauce and the Ranch dressing on the side. I would not seek out this location but in a pinch it was ok.
