Melanated Sisters and Brothers, DO NOT PATRONIZE Danilo's Pizzeria, because when it comes down to Melanated people, customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!Today, 2/27/22, I ordered a slice of pizza. I was next in line to order a soda and pay for my order. However, a PR chico appeared from out of nowhere and ordered a soda. Instead of the PR cashier chico taking my order first, he waited on the PR chico that appeared from out of nowhere. I addressed the situation, but the cashier chico stared at me with the typical "I no-speak-a-no-english" dumb-founded look. Since he wanted to stand there look stupid, as he is, I walked away. It was quite obvious that "PR comradery" was well at work. With disdain is how they treat Melanated people, particularly Melanated Women. They have no respect for Melanated Women, and they think nothing of showing their disdain towards Melanated people. DO NOT PATRONIZE DANILO'S PIZZERIA!!!Review the other comments below, and you'll see that customer service is absolutely terrible.

Asked for a large white pizza. I dont think i wouldnt ask for anything else here. It was absolutely fantastic. Coming from a guy from a primarily italian influenced area where pizza is no contest. Never ordered by the slice here.

I ordered plain large pizza and he said it will be 15 minutes and I waited but he keep doing other ones for the store with Pepperoni and I asked him to wash his hand before he do mine because I am Muslim and I can’t eat that he told me no I just put in the flour.. the pizza guy was was really rude and when I said I just want you to wash your hands whey you talk like that so rude he said that how I am .

Pizza is garbage, pretty much cheese on bread, absolutely no sauce. Gagged while eating then decided to throw out. Sadly besides dominos this is the only nearby pizza place.

Everytime their one or the other machine stops working but they still charge the card. Asked me to wait delivering only half of my order. By the time my food got cold, and I got no response from them. Only saw them chilling around. I had to ask for refund, which obviously was not the solution.

Pizza is overpriced and nothing special. Got a sad excuse for a meatball sandwich there. This ain't no pizzaria.

Came to the food court with my group of disabled adults . I always purchase pizza at this location when we come to Quaker bridge mall .I asked a worker can they heat up a small bowl of 4 nuggets for client who didn't have money to purchase food . The first guy told me in Spanish we don't have a microwave . I then pointed and said there's one there and the manger told me NO Aww not allowed . Thanks to subway for a employee whom approach me and warmed up the food . Never spending my money here not my coworkers .

The girl with the raggedy purple hair needs to be fired immediately for her poor customer service. She's has a disgusting attitude & didn't want to do her job. I ordered my pizzas and she repeatedly kept telling me “it's whats only on the counter†rather than explaining my options. I asked for drinks aswell and she said it wasn't her job to do so. Absolutely disgusting and won't be coming back.
