Devione is an amazing manager! Hopefully they hire more people like him but knowing the owner, that’s not bound to happen. Whatever Devione is doing needs to rub off on the other emlpoyees as well as the higher ups(especially the owner).

I’m never going to order from here ever again, the woman answering the phone is soooo rude, I called 7 times and she put me on hold each time, I get it if their busy had to come to the store and asked I called 7 times. The response I get fromHer is “do you want to order now or no”STAY AWAY

Ordered a pizza here. It came about an hour later I was told it’ll be here in 35 minutes. I watch the tracker and The driver got lost. Pizza was ice cold called the store. Spoke to a woman that was extremely rude and disrespectful. Got nowhere. I had to get dressed and drive to the store with the pizza so I can get my money back because they refuse to send me a new pizza or refund my money. Had to get the owner / manager. To give me a refund and he did offer to give me a free pizza plus my money back, but I would never order from here ever and I would advise you not to either

Very pathetic experience placed an online order , when status was ready went for pickup and by that time ordered pizza was given to someone and the staff is so rude that they said to cancel the order if I wanted to time was 10:45 pm by that time what I can do by cancelling that order so i waited 20 more minutes for them to make a new pizza never ever go to this store humble request to all.

Tito, the general manager, at this Lawrence Domino’s truly redefined my perception of Domino’s. I had spoken to him a few times on the phone before coming into the store about large order. Tito single-handedly was managing my large order for 35 while skillfully balancing incoming order, customers and the pizza oven all with the most pleasant and helpful demeanor and approach. Tito was clearly balancing the demands of a busy store with grace. It’s obvious that he is deeply loyal to the Domino’s brand and appreciates his customers. He was also training a new pizza maker amidst all of this! Tito was helpful in guiding me about my large pizza order. Truly a gem in the local food service industry. Thank you!!!
