I come here a lot. I like the original workers but the new workers can’t even toast the bread for the avocado toast or put the seasoning on. I Waited in line for 20 minutes for food that wasn’t even done right.

This is my morning spot when I don't have time to make my own coffee, I live in Philly and I will stop here just because they have not once messed up my order. She always knows what I want and has it ready when she sees me in line, her husband makes the breakfast and I haven't had anything burnt. Coffee is always fresh, it's hard to find a Dunkin that isn't serving me burnt coffee. I love this particular shop

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese and a coffee. The coffee was extremely hot and there were no sleeves available. I asked for an extra cup to cover it so I wouldn't burn my hand. The woman working told me I would have to pay for the cup. I reiterated that I was just trying to keep my hand from burning but she refused and told me to use napkins instead.

Today, I placed an order through the app for 2 donuts. When I got there, an associate from across the store was shaking her head yelling we don't have them. So I walk across the store to better understand. They were out of the donuts I ordered. At that point, I'd wanted a refund but the attendant rudely said no & I could choose another donut. I didn't need the ones offered so I asked about munchkins. The price for 10 was 2.79. The price for both donuts was $2.78. I had no problem paying the penny. She kept shouting "no & you don't have enough". Not sure what that meant but you being out of donuts is not my fault. I was inconvenienced & was felt to be the issue. Customer service still goes a very long way & the manager here should be disgusted by the display of service today. I'll make sure to skip this location the next time Dunkin is needed.

The lovely lady and man that works here in the morning needs a raise. One day I came in to get my son and I a few things to start our day. I had a lot on my mind and I ended up leaving my card on the counter. I came back to see if I dropped it. The lovely lady held it for me. Kindness goes a long way.

Had a mobile order, waited patiently for 15 minutes for it because they were busy with only 2 people working. Upon asking the lady that works there if she had it she responded rudely telling me no so I showed her the confirmation of the order on the app, to which she responds I can’t see it and then rudely says you have to pay for your order as if I was trying to con her out of a cappuccino. So offensive and such poor customer service. It’s a shame cause this Dunkin is down the street from where I live so I would have been a daily customer but after this type of treatment I will never step foot into there and neither should anyone else.

I would give them zero if I could it then I can’t leave review. I love Dunkin and I go to my nieces house and I try to go to a different one before I get there because the woman is so rude. I’ve been frequenting that place for at least three years and I haven’t been there in six months and I decided I may be exchanged. No she didn’t disappoint. Still rude is ever I asked for bacon well done camera. I asked them to re-cook it still raw third time I got a young lady. She was very nice. She redid it and it was perfect. I am trying to use mobile app to get my sandwich and it’s a new system and no one knows how to use it not myself or the employee and then I couldn’t get my money back. Had to call the main number to get a refund Because I ordered to by accident. Worst experience ever I never right reviews or make complaint first time and I also took time to call main number to complain to company

Good and fast coffee! Adequate amount of parking. You probably wont have problems if you come outside of peak hours. Service was fast and good. Place is clean enough as well if you want to stay and chill with friends. Enjoy your coffee!
