NEVER go to Popeye's in the mall. They too busy telling customers what they can't get and giving you nuggets instead of the spicy and hot wings they supposedly sell. They are terrible with customer service and rip people off because they don't like it when you tell them how WRONG they are. I wanted to order two kinds of the new wings they sell, but you can only get 6 of one kind of wings. I haven't been to Popeyes in a while and they don't have to worry about me going back to them. The people are terrible and look at you like your wrong. They need new owners that are more accommodating to customers that spend their money. Make sure you look at your food before you go. I know they have a bad habit of giving you thighs in place of breast. Don't even know the kind of chicken you sell. Don't spend your money with them.

They don’t like fulfilling online orders since they make less money. They are very disrespectful and will make you feel very uncomfortable when you pick up your order. It’s like you are stealing their garbage food. Won’t be back again in my life.

They have good and friendly service here. They also are neat and clean here. I ordered the 6 piece ghost pepper wings. It was neatly packed, They were crunchy and good. I had a good experience at this Popeyes.

I stated in the Drive Thru that I would use my points in the app to pay for my meal. The cashier said okay. I said I had two separate orders, and the cashier said okay. I got to the window. I was told she couldn't scan my app because she didn't have a scanner. So I have to pay for both orders because now they don't do separate orders. I said to get the manager. The cashier ignored me and told me to pay for both orders. I said no. The manager finally came and told me he didn't have a scanner to scan my app, but magically, they had one yesterday. Then he said I couldn't do separate orders in the drive-thru, but I do every single time I go!!!! I hate this location!!! This location is worse than Comcast's customer service!! I would rather drive 20 miles further. I would rather eat White Castle while having an upset stomach than go to this location. This Popeyes Store #13704 is trash!! Last week I had to wait 1 hour because they gave me the wrong other. I gave them a second try, but NO MORE!! I rater drink pepto-bismol mixed with molasses before to order from the East Windsor, NJ location!!!! The ambiance is basic. This locationis so bad that you can't even find them on Yelp!

Do not patronize this establishment went through the drive-thru today pay for my order and was charged on my debit card for someone else's order behind me which they took out almost $40 out of my debit card spoke to the manager there and got no results from him and was quite rude telling me that I had to contact my bank to get my money back. A customer service in this place really sucks please beware of your charges on your debit card because they will overcharge you for your order if I could I get this place zero Stars please avoid this restaurant

This establishment should not be considered an authentic, "Popeye's." I had eaten here a looong time ago and wasn't really pleased but didn't think it was fair to review from one (possibly isolated) incident. I'm writing my review after (against my better judgment) visiting again. I ordered a four piece spicy white meat with a mac and cheese side. I was advised that there would be a .50 cent up charge for this side?!?!?! At the stand alone stores a four piece white meat can include two breasts and two wings...not here. Which actually is probably for the best as the chicken doesn't have the signature appearance and crunch that is the signature of Popeye's chicken. Since I didn't want to pay the up charge for max and cheese, I got fries. Cold and tasteless. I take that back, the fries DID have an odd aftertaste. Gross. The chicken wasn't hot either. I would suggest that if you are at this mail skip Popeye's and just go next door to the Chinese place.
Love the taste of Popeyes and very good alternative for KFC, loved the spice level. The Chicken was very tender and juicy.

Guys this place is NOT HALAL, the chicken they serve is halal, but the oil they fry it in is NOT HALAL. They use animal fat oil, which is not halal. Please do not advertise as halal and be carful. Maybe places have halal meat but use none halal oils or other things that make our food not halal
