I have never been to this spot (Quaker bridge Mall food court upstairs). The female worker they have at the register is extremely rude ( during lunch hours only female). And she makes the experience service very upsetting, almost to the point you wanna say give me my money the hell back. The guys working are friendly and accommodating. The food is good but the workday shift woman is horrible and I would've went to Master Wok under different circumstances. I wasn't the I only one thinking she shady so just be mindful who you spend your money with.

The B**** in the front has no mannerism like absolutely 0 soft skills. This place should be closed, the sushi they gave me had a hair too! When they were serving my food, they were throwing it like they didnt wanna be there. Dont go here! This place needs to be investigated because of how gross their attitude and food handling is.

I ended the year terrible. I ordered food from this place and it was super bad. Terrible costumer service they were incredibly rude towards me. And I ordered food and I found a Hair all over my food. And they didn’t wear any hair nets or gloves.

My son recently went to this establishment and ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with white rice and vegetables. When he got his order it was wrong. He told the cook that his order was wrong. They made no effort to fix the order. I had to come to the restaurant and tell them that his order was incorrect. I had to place the order again and pay $9.09. The cashier behind the register just laughed and spoke to the cook in Spanish. I will never order from this restaurant again. The service is poor.

I placed my order on 3/12/23 and after paying the rude woman at the cash register mumbles something from under her mask, between her mask and the background noise from the food court I could not understand her question, when I pointed at my ears and her mask she just gave me a rude defiant stare and made no attempt to repeat her question. The woman next to me had to tell me what she said because she just went through the same thing!! White or brown rice was what she was asking. Then the guy who scoops the food on the tray was also rude, he throws the food up on the counter and rudely points his spatula at you to pick it up. I will not be returning to Sarku, the is a Chinese food place right next to it where they know how to treat paying customers with respect!
