We really like the turning point. Their menu is unique with different meals you do not see in other restaurants. The food is always good, the service is always excellent and wait staff is completely pleasant and helpful. I like that I can substitute potatoes with fresh greens and their fantastic dressing.Dietary restrictions: Because I’m a diabetic, I look for meals that do not spike my sugar. I can usually find a great meal here that is not full of carbs.

Got the pick 2 with the cosmopolitan salad (which has their homemade cran-walnut chicken salad) with the honey dijon dressing and the chicken pesto panini. The panini wasn't very good, just very bland and lackluster. The salad was tasty and fresh--I enjoyed the fruit that was included. Friend got the vegan omlette and pancake, and really enjoyed it. Other friend did the pick 2 with a different salad and sandwhich and wasn't too impressed. I wish I'd gotten breakfast food, because it all looked so good. If in the area, I'd go back and try it. Everyone else seemed to be enjoying their pancakes, omelettes, etc. The pricing is GREAT! The lunch combo was only $12. We also brought our own prosecco to make mimosas. They brought us a caraffe of juice and bucket of ice, so that was a plus. The place itself was clean and inviting. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Random, but my friend pointed out that they didn't have music or ambient noise playing and I agreed they could stand to have something--light jazz, something.

Ordered from grubhub. Delivery was quick but only to find out Turning Point did not include a WHOLE MEAL that I ordered.... very disappointing!!!

Can't say I'm really in a rush to return. I'd eaten here a handful of years ago, thought it was decent enough, so I decided to go back with a friend for a lazy breakfast. Service was so-so, waitress was nice but saw very little of her, but it being a Saturday and busy it makes sense. Food was also unimpressive unfortunately. The shakshouka had decent flavor and the eggs were nicely cooked, but the sauce was thin, very light on the vegetables that make up the base of the dish. Bread was skimpy as well. Pancakes were a different issue, arrived raw in the center. I would've had the dish redone, but since we didn't see our waitress until well after the rest of our meal was done, we just had it removed from the bill. Overall, not worthwhile to return, I'd find somewhere else.

Pretty good little breakfast/lunch spot. Above diner quality without the above diner price. Worth it!
