Was passing through Quaker bridge mall and went to this Dunkin . Nice location .. parking was ok.. few other shops in the same complex . They also had baskin Robbin's inside the Dunkin. They had ice cream cakes and other shakes .. Service was slow .. billing was also slow . Took sometime to get our coffee and hash browns . Coffee was ok.. very watery and tasted average . Hashbrowns were good .. overall an average experience... .

AVOID THIS STORE! Don’t ever order cake from this store. They never deliver. We ordered a cake for my kids birthday, and they told me they didn’t make it when I went pick up. What’s worst was that the manager, Heena, only told us that she could refund us, but there was no compensation at all. My son had to have a birthday party without the cake he waited for the whole year! AVOID THIS STORE!

Avoid. I would strongly recommend NOT going to this location. The customer service is horrible. A staff member ruined a preordered $43 ice cream cake , didn’t tell us, got caught, then told me, “not sure what else I’m supposed to do about it”. We had to settle for something else. We wrote about the disappointment to Baskin Robbin’s. The Management/Franchise Owner called me and told me it was essentially my fault for taking a replacement so there is no refund. There was no ownership about their mistake and seemed to honestly not care. I’ll never go back.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. They took my order, took my money, then CHANGED the cake to a different design and color WITHOUT CONTACTING ME - and now the store manager and owner REFUSE to compensate me. Not even a free pint of ice cream for the kids!!!! I was told to either WAIT for a new cake to be made (which would be too late as the party is today) or leave with nothing. I will never come back to this location. Not for ice cream, not for coffee, not for anything. After reading all these reviews, anyone who still goes to this location should be checked for mental issues. I can only hope the same treatment is given to the owner of this store when the opportunity arises.

We had a very bad experience, We had a coupon for sunday at 50%, however the restaurant did not have a sunday available on the day of visit. The restaurant offered double scoop at the price of sunday. However at the time of billing the store cashier refuse to honour the discount of the coupon and charged us full amount.

This place deserves an award! They've managed to make ice cream and donuts depressing! That's truly a feat for humankind. Step in to this confectionary as the scents of bleach and cleaning fluid enchants your nostrils. Greet the employees who will not greet you back- no matter how many times you wave as they hide behind the counter, hoping you'll retreat back to the parking lot. Spend $40 on a custom cake for a child's birthday party in which they'll confuse chocolate ice cream for coffee flavored- not realizing it until dozens of juvenile partygoers exclaim, "This is disgusting!" and fellow parents judge you for unknowingly trying to serve their offspring caffeine. Come- bask in the apathy and misery of sugar, fat, and playing hide and seek with those hired to scoop.

She offered to give 2 smaller cakes out of them one looks very bad and taste bad as well. It ruins birthday. I wouldn't recommend Baskin Robbins to anyone for birthday cakes

The Quakerbridge Lawrence township Baskin Robbins/Dunkin’ Donuts is the filthiest ice cream and donut established that i have ever visited. The ice cream counter windows had smears and hand prints showing on alll windows, inside out. The freezer that held the ice cream appeared filthy. The store front windows were dirty too. The tables were unclean. I would not recommend his ice cream donut establishment to anyone.
