I placed an order for a quesadilla on the app--went inside for pickup and they forgot to include my two sides. No biggie, I just asked them to add the sides for me since they forgot. They said that they ran out of the sides I wanted, and when I asked for different ones to replace what I originally ordered, they said "we can't do that because what you order is what you get." Huh?! How does that even make sense?? There was not a single message on the app about the sides being out of stock, and now I have to suffer because you guys didn't send in the info about out of stock options to the app? Ridicuous.I also went to grab a fork, and there were no utensils stocked, so I went up to the same worker to ask for a fork. She said "check your bag, there's a fork in there," to which I told her that there was never any fork in the bag. She literally began to question me and told me to check by the soda dispenser, which already had empty utensils, as I mentioned. She said that there should have been a fork in the bag and that they're only allowed to give one fork per person (again, ridiculous!) I had to argue back and forth just to get a fork that prob cost $0.01 to manufacture. Such atrocious customer service here.This location is always so dirty, and even when there are no customers, the workers just stand around instead of filling the utensils or wiping a table down. Shame on that worker for having such a rude attitude.

The food is tasty. I just get that corporate vibe from this place that turns me off. It's obvious they are making crazy money and I'm sure they don't pay very well. The employees work hard , it's always busy , and they are often short staffed, tables are always filthy and I don't think it's the employees fault.

Nice experience but they are a little stingy with their fajitas veggies and rice. The line was extremely long and they were a little too slow which is not their fault because the staff was probably tired. Other than that a nice experience.Vegetarian options: Sofritas or no veggie protein at all

I go to this location very frequently but this specific time was a terrible experience. It was lunch time, first thing I noticed the only available tables were all dirty. The next thing there was no white rice available (lunch time) then checking out the girl was in such a rush. I mentioned I had a birthday coupon for guacamole but she ignored me completely. So finally I asked for a manager to let her know how disappointed I was but she literally didn't care what I had to say... didn't look at me once. This is not acceptable after spending almost $30 for 2 orders and being a frequent customer. Will look for a new location!!!!

Purposely placed a mobile order to see if they would make a mistake like many Chipotle rumors say. They completely forget my portion of chicken with my chicken/steak burrito. Thankfully I ate the mobile order there and notified the employees of the error, which resulted in me getting my respective portion in side form. However, such an impression tells me all I need to know about this location. The employees seemed as if they were miserable to be there and I felt there was a lack of professionalism. No love or care.

Enjoyed our food, but place is dirty. Tables not wiped off. Floor not swept. Had to get someone to wipe table off so we could eat. Wiped off table but not the table next to us or across from us. May need to hire extra help to wipe tables off and clean area when customers are finished eating.

The staff are rude and unprofessional and don’t seem to have good knowledge of the menu. I’ve experienced consistent mess ups, poor food quality, and awful costumer service. Go to the location by Trader Joe’s instead, don’t waste your time and money.
