If I could give them less than one star, I would do it, the service is not good and the donuts are so hard , it is never a fast service. The ice cream will always be melted.

Service was good but you have to train your employee how to help Doordash people.There was door dash person waiting for her order & only thing cashier told her was just cancel the order.May be your printer was not working or may be there was server issue but please don't let door dash go empty hand it's not good for your business.

Was passing through Quaker bridge mall and went to this Dunkin . Nice location .. parking was ok.. few other shops in the same complex . They also had baskin Robbin's inside the Dunkin. They had ice cream cakes and other shakes .. Service was slow .. billing was also slow . Took sometime to get our coffee and hash browns . Coffee was ok.. very watery and tasted average . Hashbrowns were good .. overall an average experience... .

They seems to always be understaffed, with only one person overwhelmed with all the requests. Have also gotten my order wrong multiple times even though receipt is correct.
Nice clean place, lots of parking, clean bathroom, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

The bathrooms are always very dirty and missing soap, while the place is also constantly understaffed. They also don't have half of the things they say they do (toppings, milks, etc). They also only have one pitcher of coffee (aka serve from the same container decaf and regular, soo...). To top it off, their wifi wasn't working for two straight weeks, not sure if it's been fixed yet.
