The restaurant is not clean, I went to the bathroom and it is dirty, papers on the floor, I ordered my food and they never brought it to me, they also supposedly offer a quantity of food and they charge you additionally, it is not what they put on the menu, ahh but yes They give you corn and potatoes so you can see the supposedly big bag and they charge very expensive. I don't recommend it. It was the first time and I don't think I will return.

The service from Deborah was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure our dad enjoyed his 82nd birthday lunch! The food was fresh and delicious!

The restaurant appears to be about average as any other Red Lobster location. Though this time around the food and drinks had made improvements.Thankfully they had move staff on duty this time around though service was really just average overall.Fish & chips were tasty though the cole slaw had to much vinegar mixed in so it was just awful. Ashame as they give you a fairly sized helping too which most restaurants don't.The limited time Blue Lobster Margherita was fantastic!

I have lived near this establishment for more than twenty years and have seen the staff come and go. However, The staff and service at this time can be subpar to downright non-existent. The staff can be unfriendly and unattentive. It can take a long time to get back to you if they forget something or you ask for something additional. In addition, you can see that they it has went from being classy to cost saving. I remember when you received your silver with real napkins not wrapped in paper. I now go to other Red Lobsters that still use real napkins.Parking: There parking lot is big and accommodate many carsWheelchair accessibility: People with disabilities will have no problem accessing this establishment

The food was amazing and our server Jay was absolutely amazing. She catered to our every need and was very professional the entire time. The atmosphere could have been better, we sat next to a family having a birthday party for a child and we sat behind a woman with a child who interrupted our meal several times and was not a happy camper. Other than that we enjoyed our dinner.

I recently dined at Red Lobster with friends, and unfortunately, I observed a lapse in service. Our server, Susan, displayed some attitude during our interaction, and later, the manager, Anthony, questioned our order. In my experience running a family restaurant, we prioritize professionalism and customer satisfaction, which contrasts with the service we encountered at Red Lobster.

Our experience was bad in the trenton location. We went there at 7.20pm and I ordered unlimited shrimp, and the waiter said it was available as they were about to close the restaurant because of the bad weather. But the restaurant was accepting new people until 8.40pm( website also showed its open until 10pm)We wanted a candle on top of any dessert to celebrate birthday, the waiter said no candle is available(though previously the manager said that birthday candle will be provided). The waiter gave us only 2 water glasses for 3 people. He gave us only 3 biscuits as compliments but I used to get minimum 5 biscuits earlier. Overall the restaurant was smelly.
