Ordered at register a single drink. People ordering after me kept getting their drinks before me. After 25 mins I asked how many others are in front of me and the woman said 1,but my cup was shoved in a corner. I then just asked if I could get a refund and the cashier was rude and interrupted me when I asked if the other customers order on the mobile app or why was it taking almost half an hour for one drink. Customer service from the one young woman was great, the other large white woman working was terrible. Rude from the second I walked in by brushing past me without an excuse me to putting my cup to the side. Smh, i should have read the reviews. Lesson learned.

They messed up my order! I asked for a venti iced chai latte with two espresso shots and it tasted like water! The only solution the employee gave me was to put more coffee on it! And it tasted even worse! I always got the same thing and nobody ever messed up like that!

This was my first time ordering starbucks and it was pretty nice. I looked up some of their popular drinks and decided to go with the oat milk shaken latte. It tasted amazing! This location was convenient as I was attending a sporting event and the service was above average.

Campus restricted. Should not be on maps. Garbage and overpriced anyway, unless you just genuinely have poor taste and enjoy overpaying for burnt coffee and just so happen to be a college student and can get inside.

DO NOT GO THERE! I repeat do not go there. Worst customer service ever! My drink was 0/10. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They seriously need owner better bartenders. Go somewhere else!

The lady behind the counter at the drink station attitude was SO SHITTY she shouldn't be able to work anywhere, It seems like she needs some excitement in her life and a whole new job plan because she clearly cant handle the harmless customers of Starbucks. Me and my girlfriend literally walked in there 2 hours before they closed and she acted like it was the end of the world and that she worked and 32 hour shift.. All and all, she needs to be fired and as a frequent and everyday customer of Starbucks that behavior from that human should not be tolerated.

Barista Julia is AMAZING! She made my Iced Coffee perfectly!!! I have literally never had an iced coffee as delectable as the one I got from her. My life has changed after drinking that spectacular concoction crafted by Barista Julia.

The people here were friendly. The food was really good. My mom even enjoyed the coffee. Definitely would recommend. Definitely would come back. A little on the pricey side but I'll pay pricey for good food.
