I ordered so many times from here. This time the chicken wings were very dry and old, feel like it was from double fried. There was barely any sauce on the wings. Very disappointed!

Used the curb side pick-up, received text message said it's ready, we arrived and used the link in the text to notify the store our arrival. Surprisingly after 20 minutes no food delivery we were literally in front of the store!! We then called the store but was told "we have no people to deliver to the curbside" and asked us to come in to pick up. What? Totally understaffed or bad excuse. Bad delivery management since they can also call us to apologize and inform us the situation. Chicken is good, although pricey, because of the unnecessary waiting time and bad management they got two stars from me.

I only order chicken wings from this place. It's ok. But, not as great. Last time, one of the chicken was over cooked and chow like cracker. I have to throw it away.

Chicken combo wasn't bad, but pickled radish was soft like a sliced raw potatoes unlike being crispy which was so bad. In case you have such experience, make sure to say it must be crispy before hanging up your phone when you order chicken.닭은 먹을 만 했는데, 무는 아삭아삭 하지 않아서 실망했어요!

Got there @8:20pm. The store closes @10pm. As I was looking through the menu in the restaurant, they wouldn't take my order because last call to order food was 8:20pm. They need a sign if that's the case.

Got the 30 piece chicken in regular and spicy. Sooo good. If you like spicy and heat, get the spicy. It's not salty it actually has heat to it. But just an FYI, if you have the spicy, you can't eat the regular one, because it's not going to be the same. I also got the fries which were so good and crispy. Definitely recommend, they're nice thick fries which is AMAZING.

My overall experience with this Bonchon in Leonia, NJ was excellent. The total time from placing the order until being handed my take-out order was 12 minutes. My order was for 30 Soy-Garlic wings.

This is how our conversation went: Her: *saying something I couldn't really understand* Me: Hi, I'm just wondering what time you guys close today? Her: We close at 8:50 if you order now it'll be done in 20 mins, 8:45. What do you want to order? Me: Oh, I was going to order online because my sister is picking it up and I'm not sure if she's on her way yet. Keep in mind it is 8:23pm. Her: Oh my god, we're closing soon, if you order you have to order by 8:25 it's only two minutes now. Me: ....(BAFFLED BY HER RESPONSE BUT STILL BEING KIND NONETHELESS) Okay, let me go call my sister and ask her if she's on her way. Her: Okay, you're going to call back by 5 minutes? At 8:30 we're going to close. Me: (in my head thinking... lady you told me 8:50 and then you said I have to order by 8:25 and now you're telling me you're closing at 8:30? This is so frustrating.) Okay. I'll call back in 5 minutes or less. So I called my sister and she said she was 7 minutes away. So I call the lady back. Her: Hi, Bonchon. Me: Hi, I'm just calling back to order? Her: Okay, what you want? Me: Can I just get 30 pc soy garlic wings and a 10 pc soy garlic wings? (I actually meant to say 20 pc instead of 30...) Her: Ok so 30 pc and 10 pc right? Me: Yea, actually can you separate the two because they're for two different people. Her: Ok so 30 pc in one bag and 10 pc in one bag? Ok that's $48.50 (or $48 and some change) Me: Yea.. Oh wait! Sorry I meant to say 20 pc instead of 30. Can you change that? Sorry! Her: No, they already started making it. Me: ...Oh. They already started making it??? Okay. Um. That's fine I guess... Can you separate it by 20pcs then? Her: Ok, 20 pc and 20 pc okay. It'll be ready in 20 mins. Me: Ok, thank you! ---------------------------- I understand that I ordered near closing time, but that was no way to talk to a customer? Lol. She really said "Oh my god we're closing soon"... don’t go here. 5 of the wings were barely flavored, some of them were soggy, and all of them were extremely small compared to any other fried chicken place i’ve been to. very disappointed. go to don chicken instead.
