Frustrating to have to leave this review for a restaurant with great food, but this pizza delivery was a real disappointment. I ordered a gluten free 15" pizza and paid an extra $6 for Margherita style. With the delivery fee and tip, this was a $30 pizza ordered through their website. That's really expensive, but I was happy to pay $30 to a local business for the delicious 15" pizza I was expecting. I've loved their food every time I've had it.I live a mile and a half away, ordered at 3:15 for a promised delivery of 4:06. Had to call at 4:20 because I hadn't heard anything. Got the delivery 20 minutes later than the promised time. Bummer. I had to head into an important meeting. That's why I ordered it so early!And then I knew something was wrong as soon as I looked down at the box. It was a 12-in box, as pictured. Pretty hard to fit a 15 inch pizza into one of those!For kicks, I did the math: I paid for 176 square inches of pizza and I received 96 (8x12). That's 55% of what I expected. That's like getting 4 slices of a 15inch pie for $7.50 a piece. Yikes. Bummer. Guess I won't have leftovers after all.Other restaurants I've ordered from might have called me first and asked, "hey, the pizza I'm actually going to give you is a lot smaller than what you paid for, are you still okay with it?" That's good business. But here I just got a frustrating surprise. It was delicious, 5 stars -- but I only got half, so 3 stars for the food.Sad because I always love their food -- but this was too disappointing. Be careful when you're ordering on their website. Maybe it's better to just call them instead of ordering online.

Do not come to this place. They are rip-offs $18 for a grilled chicken salad and don't get me wrong. I like animals. But the owner has his dog roaming around the restaurant jumping on the counter next to the food and in and out of the kitchen ,not cool at all!!

First of all, way over priced, 2nd, they need “adult” waitresses, not “14 year old girlsToo busy on there stupid phone, had to wait 10 minutes to get the check to pay and get the hell outta there, all while the “manager”,Who didn’t look too swift himself was behind the counter, should listened to my wife,And go somewhere else, done.

i’ve been ordering from them for 2 years now two or three times a week. Recently, the prices are never the same and I’m paying astronomical prices 4 basic chicken & pasta. I am supplementing grilled chicken for a chicken cutlet. which they call fried chicken, that’s like weird anyways. They charged me 36 or $38 for fettuccini Alfredo with chicken cutlet lol come on… the girl on the phone is always nice & the owner comes on. i go online to look at the menu &owner said the prices went up?? update your online prices. just venting. in search of a new favorite place.?

Ordered a half margarita and half bruschetta pizza and it was delicious!! Give this place a try.
I have been going to this place for years since they opened and had many parties catered by them. Franks has gone down hill since then. I ordered Chicken Francese when I got home I found 2 tiny pieces of Chicken that were tough and chewy so either it was over cooked or frozen cutlets the pasta was in a separate container when I opened the container it was not Linguini, but Ziti with red sauce. To top it all off the pizza we ordered was squashed because the dinner was thown on top of it which bent the box and stuck to the cheese. It cost 58 dollars for a squished pizza, mozzarella sticks and Rubber Chicken Francese with red sauce ziti seriously who eats red sauce with a lemon sauce Chicken dinner. I have had several experiences like this I figured I would try again, but no more. I think it is time to find a new place. Don't waste your time or money

Lots of stores in the area.Vegetarian options: I did not try one but the waitress let us know that there are vegetarian options other than cheese Pizza. They are really trying to accommodate dietary needs.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza was good.

I used to be a client but my last experience was the worst ever! I ordered a burger and a sandwich and took an 1:30 to delivery ( I live 4 minutes from the place) I called to see an update about my order and the person was very rude. Finally when the food arrived the burger and fries was completely cold and the meat burned, and the other sandwich without a sauce.
