I go to Buffalo wild wings 1 -2 a week and always loved it at the Linden location...but I went in later then usual today and did not have my regular waitress....I went in a little after 5 and the waitresses name was Amanda... on the receipt....she never told me her name...what was supposed to be a 30-45min sit down turned into a 2 hours of her ignoring me....the most frustrating and passive aggressive situation...but I'm mostly confused of why she was like that

Ordered wings for Superbowl. Ill-prepared and couldn't handle the order load. Also couldn't issue a refund then because dozens of other customers are waiting in line for their orders and want to cancel. Called in to a week after to cancel, up til now, I still don't have my refund.

Never can go wrong with B-Dubs! I really wish their Honey Garlic sauce was a permanent option lol but I tend to get mango habanero for that extra sweet kick!! Their fries are very tasty and their strawberry lemonade too!! The staff were friendly and attentive, continuing to check on me and my girlfriend to make sure we were OK. Good came out fast and it all was cooked properly. Wings fries, nachos, mozzarella sticks, onion rings were on the agenda for the evening and we were not disappointed!!
