I rarely go here. They've hired new employees and I think they forgot to train them in customer service. If it's one thing I hate, it is ppl handling my food with a nasty uncalled attitude. For example, if the lady that was training you was correcting you on taking customer orders, don't be giving me a nasty attitude. I'm paying for my food, show me respect whether you want to or not. Other than the new black lady in the drive thru window with the disgusting attitude the food was good.

Drive-through Speaker barely works. Manager had a nasty attitude and barely understood English two different people couldn’t understand what I was saying through the speaker.

Dirty , unintelligent staff , nasty old gross food. Staff is unfamiliar with the have it your way bk way. Want to charge to change the bread on my burger that was nasty any way and ended up with stale bread. Lies and says they don't have sour dough bread then says oh I'll charge you 1.20 to change the bread. So which is it? You have it or not? Then says no bk would do the switch when I've had the sour dough bread on every burger I've gotten from all other bks without being charged. I will never waste my money at the linden bk again. Just unreal a simple request becomes so complicated.

It's a Burger King. They have food, even though they make it wrong half the time.At least it's in a really convenient location, and you can run into the bathroom there if you have to go, when you're stuck in traffic on 1&9.
