There were MULTIPLE bugs in my salad. I knew something wasn’t right when I saw fruit flys in the dining area, but it was summer so I figured maybe they came in through the door. It was last year on. July 22, 2023, but I didn’t want to write a negative review because I know how hard they work and how rigourous the process is for owning a franchise but I don’t think anything has been done to fix the root cause. I showed the staff my salad after having eaten 1/4 of it before noticing and they said “eww” but not much else. They asked me if I wanted anything else and of course I didn’t. I got a refund but I think it was a horrible consolation. I’m wasn’t looking for much although I know giftcards are typical remedies I wasn’t offered that either. Maybe because I didn’t push the issue being so disgusted but the staff seemed so unconcerned almost as if they might have already known or maybe they knew they weren’t washing the lettuce or something.A shame because Chick-fil-A salad is my favorite and this is my nearest location but I won’t ever go back to this one and always inspect my salad first because of this.

I walked in while 5 staff members(2 of them managers) stood in a huddle while I asked questions about the new lemonade and no one answered my question! Everyone looked dumbfounded and I just decided to leave after fighting in the parking lot for a parking space ??♀️

Not happy with how they made grilled chicken club. It was cold the chicken was cold. The cheese was cold. The bread was rough never have I experienced this at Chick-fil-A.
