I've been ordering from Chop Spot for years, and it was always good. We usually get dinner, order catering for parties, etc. Tonight's dinner was extra amazing! Not sure if they switched up the rice recipe or not, but it had fresh grated carrot in it, and onions, and it was so moist and flavorful! I didn't think it could get any better, but I was once again blown away! I'd highly recommend Chop Spot to anyone. The service and food is just amazing.

We used to love this place… Seems as if the prices went up but the food quality went down… The chicken, rice and fries were great! The ribs on the other hand were over cooked and hardly any meet on them!! I think we are gonna give them a break for awhile and try another portages

This place surprised me it’s quite good, we ordered here for the first time and it was so good! We will definitely be ordering here more often when we want bbq! Would recommend for sure. The portions are decent, could have more meat on the ribs but they are tasty!

Chop spot has great food, don’t get me wrong. Their costumer service is where they fail. Wow. I’ve been here twice so far. I’ve called both times and made an order over the phone asking for the half portion of bbq chicken. My first time eating here earlier this week, my order was wrong. I went in to pick up and pay and told the older woman that it wasn’t correct. She did not give me hard time. She gave me a drink with my order and made sure I got what I asked for. Awesome. I called today, 12/10 and was greeted rudely by whoever took my order. I ordered the half portion of BBQ chicken again. My order was repeated back to me, she told me how long it would be (45min) and hung up. Waited the 45min, got to the restaurant to the woman who took my order being extremely rude once again. I tell her I’m here to pick up and she hands me a full portion of bbq ribs. I tell her this isn’t what I asked for. She says in a condescending, rude manner “yes it is, this what you ordered. Before we hang up the phone we repeat your order back to you and this is what you ordered.” I then responded with “and before we hung up the phone you repeated back to me that I wanted the half portion of BBQ chicken and told me it would be 45min wait.” She keeps reiterating that she repeats orders before she hangs up and she’s pointing at her mouth motioning her repeating the order. I say I’m sorry but this isn’t what I asked for. Now she’s squinting and motioning for me to sit down “okay honey well you want bbq chicken? You can wait for an extra 30 min.” I handed her the platter back that I DID not order and said “actually you can have this back and you’re rude as f” and left. I have never experienced customer service like this ever in my life. The food is amazing here but I’m never going back. The team needs to do better and hire better employees with manners. There’s a sign on the counter when you walk in that says “Be nice or leave” and they obviously don’t know how to follow what the sign says. Disgusting.
